Booked the hotel last minute as I wanted to see something of Jerez before flying from the local airport so took a chance on this hotel and wasn't disappointed. The room was a good size with a seperate living area and bedroom which was nice - the pool isn't large but big enough to have a relax in though not one for ardent swimmers. Location wise its around 15 or 20 minutes walk into the central square in Jerez which is fine - a taxi from the station was less than 5 euros and to the Airport just over 15 and took around 15 minutes at 8.15 in the morning. The staff were very helpful booked me on Sherry tasting tour Tio Pepe which was appreciated - I had the breakfast on the final morning and I thought it was pretty good there seemed a good selection and the quality of the pastries in particular looked great though I didn't have any sadly- finally the bed was excellent and the sheets were quite luxurious

Only one negative is that the room I had faced the street and the streetlight shone quite brightly into the room which could have been avoided with curtains that shut the light out but it didn't stop me sleeping

The hotel is very walking distance to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art/show-unique and spectacular and not to be missed. Got tickets the day off but arrive early as they open before all the tourist buses arrive. The hotel staff was attentive- we had a small request re the AC and they sent a tech that resolved. The parking is outdoors, on site, gated and very secure but be aware some spaces are tight for larger vehicles. The room was quiet and clean. Walking distance to the historic center if you don't mind doing a little walk over 1 mile.

Unfortunately, been our first time in Jerez, the town seemed like a ghost town, not too many people out AND most places to eat closed. This changed on Monday and looked totally different.

Location is good because it is just outside the old town, so easier to get to and from the airport. The breakfasts were very good, the bar was lovely. The room was very big, and I was given a room with windows that opened out onto a small balcony. The swimming pool area was not the same as the pictures on the website. This was a little disappointing.

The pool area wasn’t as it was shown in the pictures on the hotel website. I don’t think there should be a charge for the towels for the pool beds.

Clean, comfortable room with lovely decor. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Good access for disabled & good facilities in the room. Not too far to walk to the Old City and the best sites to visit. Good parking at the back. Cafeteria available in the hotel & breakfast good ( two types - full cooked & small).

Single light switch by the bed turned off everything in the room & nothing else could be switched on ! Reported to reception & they said they would get electrician to check faulty connection.

A very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Breakfast choice was good.

Breakfast choice was quite good but food was not replenished quickly enough ( staff spent too much time chatting with each other and some of the guests). Swimming pool was not as large as it appeared in the photo's ( actually quite small in size). Unfortunately a large construction site has just started excavating next door and will probably continue for several months. They didn't start until 08.00 but late risers could be disturbed (not the hotel's fault.

it was above average let down only by sone staff and the food i read previously where some commented the hotels dated , this simply isn’t true. it’s well maintained it’s convenient to the centre and has all amenities

THE STAFF But not all of them only the breakfast staff and sone in reception SPANISH staff in hospitality generally have a very poor attitude to English speaking guests , they are both abrupt , condescending and arrogant , this hotels reception and breakfast staff ticketed all of these boxes accept one you g lady that was informative , professional and polite the rest just sucked . breakfast was absolutely very average , over rated And over priced I would like to say we would stay again but I doubt it

The location of the hotel is ideal to visit the city center, just a 5 minutes walk away. The room was spacious, very clean, with cleaning service provided every day, coffee machine in the room and good breakfast. Even ombrellas were provided when there was rain.

Breakfast service starting at 7.30 am is a bit late if you have business elsewhere at 8 pm. The hotel management could be more flexible regarding the hours, especially when a lot of guests have the same problem.

Check in was poor. no information given about times of breakfast or where the room was. No explanation of facilities available, ie, swimming pool, cafeteria bar ( which actually was hardly open) or outside patio area. The outside patio area was a nice place to sit but looked abandoned. no effort to sweep here, ensure seating had cushions etc. The bar was hardly open so not possible to buy a drink and sit outside in the sun

The hotel was conviently located for good restaurants and an easy walk to the centre of town. Our visit was to celebrate our Golden Wedding and the hotel kindly updated us to a superior room which was fabulous, big room comfortable bed with plenty of seating areas. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice. We would certainly go back to this hotel and enjoyed our stay there.

Loved the large size of the room. Good separation of bedroom from bathroom. Nice decor. Liked onsite parking when arriving by car.

No restaurant onsite, just a breakfast room Staff did not give recommendations for restaurants. Totally by accident, we learned that coincidentally we had arrived during the week-long horse festival taking place at the main "square". Hotel never mentioned this tous! It was a fantastic party, with thousands and thousands of people each day, a true festival with all kinds of food and drink, horse & carriage rides, etc. Why the hotel did not tell us about this we have no idea but it seemed such an obvious thing. Hotel was a short walk to the Thurs. horse show.
