We loved the welcome we received on arrival at the hotel. In the heart of Jerez. Absolutely fascinating building with great history and their own well. Breakfast included brilliant and you can use the hot drinks facilities 24/7 in the main dining room. The room was great with large bed and huge en suite. Definitely go back again. They have a car parking space but we had a motorcycle so it fitted in with the car.

I can honestly say that there's nothing I didn't like which is unusual for me.

This is a jewel of a place. As other reviews have said, the area isn’t smart but once you’re inside, we felt taken back in time. it’s a historic bodega, decorated in beautiful traditional style and the room was large and comfortable. Tea and coffee available all day, plentiful breakfast with made-to-order eggs and there’s a cosy snug to relax in. Sherry tasting available too. We were made to feel very welcome.

In the absence of a front desk we were given mobile numbers but did not get a response to a couple of text messages about arranging a Sherry tasting which left us unsure how to plan our day.

The Palacio has an old-world charm - every piece of furniture, every decoration and piece of crockery is picked to create and enhance this most individualistic effect. The proprietress Leonora and her daughter Maria made us feel most welcome. We took part in her cooking workshop, which was a truly wonderful experience. I can highly recommend this place.

Hosts José and Leonor were super-nice and helpful, house and rooms have an unique ambience and Andalucían character, it really makes you feel that you are in Jerez. Good bathroom with fantastic water pressure in the shower and drainage (not always a given in Spain). Overall value for money was good for July.

The street outside and some numbers down is not a very nice neighbourhood. Some shady characters in the area. Wouldn’t let my wife walk in there alone.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, very, very clean. We stayed two nights in a beautiful room.

Paying for the car parking in the street was a bit tricky with the paying machine. Could possibly have parked in a parking lot, which would have been easier

Maria was an exceedingly good host and welcome greeting explanation of the palacio and it's romantica settings She recommended local restaurants and an amazing flamenco/sherry bar

Opening the front door was like stepping into a bygone age - the rooms were full of quality furnishings which reflected the history of the house . It has been refurbished to a very high standard. Leonar was very helpful and despite a very limited knowledge of Spanish (by us) we communicated very well . The breakfast was very good and the Sherry tasting & history of the house were excellent. Well worth a visit

A house full of character, decorated with a wonderful eye for detail. It’s more than just a stay - the house it’s so well preserved that it makes it into an experience of turning back in time. Wonderful owners, ready to help at any time. We had a very good time in there.

The standard room was very cosy but a bit small.

It’s decor and.style-very Spanish very traditional very comfortable,;a great base to explore an underrated but very attractive town; located in a peaceful neighbourhood but a short distance to centro;lovely helpful hosts,good housekeeping ,spotless
