Comfortable and quiet. Staff is nice.

The check-in could be a little more simple as there is not always someone in the building to open you if you don't have the code. We helped some travelers when they arrived because they were blocked outside. Also consider this place a hotel, so it means they have to kitchen and no ammenities to cook anything. It would be a great idea to install a small place to cook some basic stuff in the hall since there is already some couches. A toaster, microwave and a boiler would be a great add on for people who stay more than 2 days and don't want to always go to the restaurant. :-) A mini fridge in the room would also be a good idea. Anyway, you get the point. ;-)

1. Hotel staff. They were very nice and welcoming. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. I had some problems getting into my room but the staff were very attentive and helped me solve this problem. And also, they love dogs, they have a wonderful beagle 🥰 2. Location close to the center and they will recommend you where to eat and drink👍 3. the room was clean and prepared for our arrival 4. The lobby of the hotel was very cozy and stylish.

I can't say that I was disappointed, but there are a few moments: 1. The air conditioner broke during the night. but we were not hot because there was a fresh wind outside 🙈 2. there was no hair dryer in the room

Very comfortable, clean - great location, helpful staff and extremely good value.

In fairness the only thing that was somewhat disconcerting was that some guests could make considerable noise, however, that has nothing got to do with the property itself.

In the same way, thanks to the Cleaning staff (Paqui Atienza, Charo and Tània) for the good service and Customer Service, kindness, professionalism...., Security of the Facilities.

The bed was very comfortable and had quiet A/C. The area is safe, scenic, and easy to walk around.

Staff is only there during the day so no one can help you if there is a problem in the evening. You can hear every noise the neighbors make - closing doors, talking, sneezing, or having a drunken party until 2am (our last night).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us several tips on cool places to visit and beaches to travel. Another positive point is that we don't need to carry hotel keys, because all the doors open with electronic codes. The building is very beautiful.

There was an empty cookie packet under the bed and a few tufts of hair scattered on the floor and rugs.

No one at reception Sunday morning. I needed to order a taxi but no card with info to call a taxi. Fortunately cleaning staff arrived and phoned for me.

Very clean functional and great location . For tourists who don't require pandering staff, just good clean accommodation, it's ideal. Good Mex restaurant downstairs.

Location. The staff at the reception was very nice and the bed was comfortable apart from the famous Spain long pillows :) Overall a central, good and comfortable one-night stay.

The bathroom needs a bit of a touchup fixing.

I like that I was have every thing good prepared in my room, it was really clean :) attitude was also tv in the room. The reception Staff was really help if I nedeed to save my bagguage.
