Wonderful small suites hotel in the perfect location. Excellent breakfast, modern rooms, and the 2 rooftop rooms have a huge private terrace each which is perfectly equipped with 3 sets of different chairs / sunbeds and a very nice view on the old town / cathedral. It is very quiet at night, and air-conditio, WiFi and shower all very effective. The most outstanding is the small team who runs the place. It does not get any better in terms of customer dedication, with everyone going out of their way to please their guests. You ask something to one member of the team (even the night guard), the next day all of them will know it. Feels like being hosted in a family :-). Great place, will be back for sure.

Having a desk and an armchair in room 8 would have made it even more perfect.

this is an exceptional boutique hotel in the heart of the old city of Las Palmas  very close to the cathedral. It is actually the best place we have stayed in through booking.com. The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable with the most comfortable beds ever..Very modern refurbishment and all the right touches. our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 1pm and we were served coffee and tea whilst we waited without charge. There is art everywhere which we enjoyed.  The staff were gentle and lovely. Nothing seemed to be too much bother. breakfast was a work of art in itself. Definitely the best I’ve had in a hotel or B@B.

I think the picture of the girl holding a toaster in the bathtub was a bit too disturbing  for a hotel setting.

Very nicely refurbished old city mansion decorated with a lot of art. Centrally located in the old town of Las Palmas. Large and comfortable room. Very nice roof terrace. Generally friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast but lacks diversity for a longer stay. Parking in a garage nearby available but nightmarish narrow - the smaller the car the happier you will be.

Inconsistent and slow housekeeping, at times no-one showed up to clean our room until after 4pm. Erratic replenishment of coffee, water, etc. Lack of ability of the staff to communicate in English, feels like mainland Spain 15 years ago. No restaurant at the property.

WOW. BY far the nicest place we stayed in in Gran Canaria Everything exceptionally elegant and stylish Huge room with super comfortable bed Fantastic rain shower Breakfast was possibly the best I have had in all of Europe. Fresh juice, granola with yoghurt and an assortment of about 6 different fresh fruit including mango Pawpaw melon strawberries and grapes. An assortment of cheeses and meats and even salmon and more! In the heart of the old Spanish Quater with a good selection of nearby restaurants and very close to a major shopping traffic free road Its also about 200 meters from the highway leading to the airport so took us about 25 minutes in early traffic.

The adjacent parking garage is very very narrow and needs extreme caution getting down two floors

location hotel: excellent in old town staff: excellent and very service oriented design and interior: the best of all the four star hotels i’ve visited over the last 8 years in Las Palmas (i pretty much tried all of them). breakfast: the best i’ve had on my 30+ trips to Spain (super fresh, ample choice, true quality items, borders perfection) Cleanliness: really good although cleaning between days was not very good, no new towels. not acceptable Comfort: bed/mattress really good. Rainshower excellent. Super nice layout and roof terrace

lot of noise from the street. Like pretty much all Spanish buildings this one has been badly built with absolutely no insulation. So lots of street noise inside. You need noise cancellation earphones to sleep. The hot water boiler is located inside the room so after each shower you have 25 minutes of boiler noise because its heating the next supply of water The pillows (4) on the double bed are all very thin/flat so no support. not very comfortable Floor tiles were partly broken/loose. A shame because the suite itself looks like a dream.

Perfect stay for a city break. Location is close enoch for action and shopping and secluded enoch that it does not bother you at all. Museum right next to the hotel is highly recommended to understand history of Canarii people. Staff is great! Smiles and attentiveness all the way! Hotell is clean, special interior and art display brighten and surprise you in every corner. Room was clean and well equipped - all we needed was there. We felt welcomed and looked after. Breakfast was very good - nice choice of pastries, cheese, local ham and all other usual goodies - what else would you need :) Go with family or with special someone and experience Las Palmas!

You really can not fault them. Perfect for city break!

just about everything! the location was perfect for the historic town, loads of good restaurants nearby… lovely room, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast, rooftop bar, just perfect, even in February! staff all so cheery and lovely what a splendid hotel!

minor, and so minor that we didn’t complain, hot water was a bit uncertain, and g to be wash basin didn’t drain properly… hey Ho, otherwise perfect, thank you.

Highly appreciated the striking colonial style architecture of the building. The interior decoration is stylish, both authentic and modern and includes some beautiful pieces of art, which makes it particularly pleasant to wander around. Special mention of the beautiful common patio which is bathed in natural light and creates a peaceful feeling as soon as we enter the building. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities (including a very nice balcony). The bedding is remarkably comfortable! The location of the hotel, in the heart of the historic area of the city, only a few metres from the cathedral, is great. Breakfast was excellent. The buffet was not gargantuan (and so much better that way!) but included plenty of good products (fresh fruits, a window full of homemade cakes...etc.). Yummy! The staff are very friendly and attentive. Some of them do not speak English very well (or at all), which makes communication difficult at some times, but it is still pleasant and has the merit of making us practice our Spanish :) In short, I highly recommend !

In the middle of old town Las Palmas, stylish modernized building, bubbly staff, excellent bf with fresh fruits, croissants and delicious home made cheese cake! We stayed in one ot two suites on the top with a wonderful view ot cathedral.

Only miner minus is the absence of Kleenex in the room

beautiful building, fun art. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast is really wonderful. location is top.

The garage (optional), not smooth to navigate and narrow/steep. It would be best to get there by taxi and not have to worry about parking your car, the center is very chaotic.
