Our stay at the B&B was lovely. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. They contacted us before our stay to give exact information about the Parking situation, the keys, room etc. One could also ask for several utilities such as an Umbrella for the beach which was convenient. The B&B is at a nice location near a park. You can easily go for a walk down the promenade. The city centre and old town aren’t too far away but you don’t have much traffic at the location. Our room was spacious enough and we had a big balcony with a view. Everything was clean and we did get our room tidied regularly. Products in the Bathroom were provided. The Breakfast was also well prepared. The hosts would serve it on the nicely decorated terrace of the building giving several options like eggs, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and more. Thank you Pamela and Davide for making us feel welcomed.

The location is very convenient for walking to both pedestrian promenades. Beautiful park and great landscape next to the apartments. Pamela is fantastically welcoming and helpful with any questions. I had initially given up breakfast because I had decided to eat it in a different place every day. Las Palmas is not Nice or Paris, there is no breakfast tradition. That's why I use the breakfast options offered in the apartments. Undoubted quality, as each breakfast is individually prepared according to the customer's wishes, which allows for an economical use of resources, as there is usually a lot of leftovers in buffet-style breakfasts, or there is not enough for the last customers. It was great that I could choose exactly as much as I wanted every day. During further walks we also found breakfast places, but they were quite far to go every morning.

Pamela and her husband were both great! They were very nice to us and always seemed they're in a good mood. :-) Our room was quite nice and it really smelled so lovely, everything was clean. There was TV and Wi-Fi and even a small fridge, coffee set with sweets, etc. Breakfast was amazing! Free parking on the dead-end road was a bit difficult, but we could park in their private backyard (5€ per day).

We would appreciate it more if there was free bottled water instead of tap water. It didn't taste good. (you can buy bottled water in a minibar). The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us - the mattress was too soft.

The room was large, it has a beautiful big bathroom and the bed was very comfortable! The location was perfect for us to do day trips out exploring around the island. The hostess was so nice! The breakfasts were great and the coffee…amazing! It was a nice start to our day! There was lots of information for local services. Parking is an issue in Gran Canaria but parking is available for $5.00 Euros per day on the property which is secure.

I can’t find anything negative to say. it was great and I highly recommend it!

Our hostess, Pamela, was very helpful and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and allowed us to extend our check-out by 30 minutes when we got a bit of a late start to our morning. The room is on the bottom floor, but the property is gated, which made it the perfect combination of easily accesible, private, and secure.

Our only complaint about our stay is that the size of the shower is quite small, just enough room to stand in and manage to close the sliding door behind you. The process of actually showering was a bit of a hassle, however, our stay was quite short so we didn't mind too much. This just may be something to keep in mind if you're planning a longer stay and will need a more comfortable place to wash off after long days at the beach.

A really lovely bed and breakfast. A professional and friendly welcome. An attractive, clean and comfortable room, very quiet. The en suite was clean and fresh. Breakfast was served up.on a beautiful roof terrace where you can go and sit at any time. Delicious, home cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Brilliant location right next to a lovely park and very near a bus stop to take you into the old town or to the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The hotel was super - great location mid-way between the old town of Las Palmas and Santa Catalina, and well situated for buses both within the city and for travelling further. My room was very pretty, well furnished and with a small balcony, with comfy chairs, and a place to dry clothes. Breakfast was upstairs on the roof terrace and, although not a huge choice of dishes, was ample and fine for me. Coffee was excellent - very important.

Although is a B&B the room was cleaned every day,towel changed and I loved the beach towels and umbrellas service, very rarely you find this service. Breakfast is a la carte but they got everything and it’s cooked at the moment. They also accommodated our requests. Parking available which is a plus. Thank you for upgrading our room,we really appreciate it!

Pamela was extremely nice to us. She is very available, kind, friendly and genuinely wants to make sure her guests are having the best time. The place was super clean and so well decorated. It is full of charm, we loved it! The terraces are lovely, with a great view over the port. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are the best! Thank you All!

Very nice apartment. You can also have a breakfast. We had a great time here and much appreciate host services. There is a beautiful house with nice apartments and rooftop terace where you can go anytime (24 hours) have a lunch there or just sit, drink wine, smoke cigarette and watch the city view. We enjoyed very much our stay here. It is perfect location in the middle of the city. You can get to the beach by walking in 15 minutes or just get a bus. You can also go to the old city 20 minutes. There is nice park with concerts during weekend and Tao music club very close to the apartment (5min).
