The hotel was really good and facilities staff and location were great ,however the breakfast was basic but nice but the coffee maker was very poor and unpredictable which caused queues to form every day ,needs to be reconsidered as it’s off putting

First of all the absolutely outstanding staff at the reception. Very nice roof top bar with a swimming pool. The bar however is run by another company so you can't have breakfast on the terrace. The rooms were nice and everything was very clean and it smelled AMAZING, the whole place smelled like perfume. Great showers!

My biggest point is actually that you cannot open the windows in the rooms so you'll have to sleep with the AC on all the time. I saw a lot of comments complaining about breakfast. It's basic but good. I'd suggest a different coffee maker, the one in question only made wayyy too small coffees and was taking ages so when even 3 people wanted coffee, you'd have to wait.

the hotel is very cute, located exactly in the historical center. It’s surrounded by lot of restaurants and bars, near main shopping street. we used the parking which they provide approximately 7 min of walk and it was very convenient. (10 eur/day) Rooftop bar was cute and cozy, however very empty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t opt for breakfast but you can have a short walk and there are a plenty of nice places to have breakfast in the city. Beds are very comfy and having a coffee machine in the room was great.

There is a big window overlooking from the room into the bathroom. Would be great to have some curtain or anything to close it and to have some privacy while using the washroom. Also would be nice to have a bit more light in the room. only the tiny window can be open in the room so you have to use the AC all the time.

The location (between the old/historic area and the new shopping area) was excellent. All the staff (including Isaac, Arabia, Indira & Giovanni) were fantastic - friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace with pool and bar was a lovely surprise.

We were given a room above the entrance to the hotel which was opposite a Tapas Bar (which closed about midnight) and about 20 metres from a square with 2 cafe/bars which on Friday & Saturday night were very noisy through to 1.00/2.00 in the morning. We didn't ask to move to a quieter room, but should have!

The bed was a super king and very comfortable. There was provided tea and coffee, and some free chocolates. The pool was lovely with a good variety of drinks at the bar. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic, centred in the areas all the travel guides say are a “must see”. I recommend El Deseo for dinner.

Unlike some other reviewers, we didn’t have a window to our bathroom, but we did have a sliding door, with no handle on the inside, that didn’t close completely. Luckily our bedside tables were speakers so we could achieve some white noise…

Great location, in the heart of the old town - lots of bars, restaurants and lovely architecture on your doorstep. Modern, stylish decor inside, with well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms - thank you to the housekeeping staff! Lovely rooftop terrace and bar with small, heated pool - great if you want a lazy day in the sun! Breakfast is available in the basement for an extra charge, although I didn’t take this option. Friendly, helpful reception and bar staff - all speak excellent English (very useful when my basic Spanish failed)!

There can be some noise in the rooms, due to the hotel’s central location, with sound coming up from the street - this is quite variable, obviously, depending on the day and time. The interior rooms get some music coming down the central atrium from the rooftop bar, which is open till 11.30 during the week. If you’re out and about in the evening, or enjoying the rooftop bar yourself, this won’t be much of a problem. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable. The shower was a good size. However the water took a while to drain. There were many toiletries etc and a lovely shower gel. The room had lots of mirrors and a good full length one. A blue tooth speaker beside the bed was a nice addition which I used to play music and a big plasma TV. I loved the roof top bar and the friendly staff who made nice strong cocktails! I enjoyed lying by the pool though it was a bit small but had seen the pics so did expect this. There was a good view from the roof top.

The windows were not very sound proof as I heard noise from the bar opposite the window. It was fine as the bar closed about 11 but on my last night which was a Thursday I heard more noise and parties till the early hours. I would of asked for another room if the first and second nights had been the same. The room was a little dark and the lights sometimes did not work that well.

Nice, renovated hotel in an old building, close to old town, next to a square with cafes and around the corner of shopping and many restaurants. locations was great, also very close to public transport at the Teatro stop. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with design features, as shown in the pictures. The roof terrace was also very nice.

The only thing I didn’t love was that our room on the ground floor had a window right on the street. It was inly a small pedestrian street, and there were heavy curtains so privacy was not an issue. noise was ok as well. it is a historical building and having windows on the street is normal. I also didn’t like that the windows did not open (maybe for safety reasons?)and there was only mechanical ventilation. the room air was fine, but it would be nice to have the option to open the window.

Beautiful rooftop. Very good matraces. Nice style all over the hotel. Great price for luxury received. Free coffe and tea in room.

Too strong artificial room frangnance. We changed the room because I hardly could breath in our first room and ALL windows CANNOT OPEN!!! even the ones facing the courtyard. Not even a chance to tilt the window. This was the only downside of our stay. 1) locked windows 2) too strong frangnaces everywhere due to the lack of opening windows.

The property is in a great location, in the middle of everything. It is very clean, there is always a good smell everywhere, specially in the rooms. Both the guys I have met at the reception have been fabulous, very kind, professional and always ready to answer our questions, specially the guy on the evening shift, he has recommended us a couple of nice restaurants for dinner and we loved them! Not to mention the rooftop, the vibes there was amazing ☺️
