The staff were all excellent as always. We got the rooms we requested and were checked in efficiently. We decided to opt for the breakfast offer and were pleased with it. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms overlooking the park have a good view. The location is excellent for our needs.

Nothing we didn't like exactly except that the reception area always has an odd slightly unpleasant smell about it possibly some kind of polish or floor cleaner. If tea or coffee facilities were added to the rooms or even the option to hire a coffee machine and pods it would be a definite 10 on facilities as that was all that was lacking.

Balcony view of the park, have stayed here before very central location and easy access to the main shopping area. Good breakfast, plenty of options. Very friendly staff and very efficient when booking in. This hotel is located close to the many restaurants and bars Las Palmas offers you, but you have to look along the side streets of the shopping area to find them. Be brave as all waiters speak very good English. so we had no difficulties ordering. Prices are very good and variations of foods is extensive. Recommend you spend some time in Las Palmas when visiting Gran Canaria, don't just visit the sunshine resorts.

Breakfast was served on the upper floor with the view to the ocean. he personnel is veryfriendly - on weekend we (I was travelling for business but with my 11years old daughter) overslept breakfast time and arrived to the restaurant 3-5 minutes before the end of the breakfast when they wanted toclose it. But they allowed us to eat and it's really a favour! Location. The hotel is located just in front of the park crossing ityou arrive to the bus station - no need to take a taxi fom the airport. And just 100 m from the ocean. But to go to the beach you need to take a bus. Anyway, it's quite a good location - you can walk and the restaurant with asian (japaneese)food is just on the ground floor.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a boutique feel. There was a laid back although professional atmosphere at reception. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a stone's throw from the bus station and taxis to the airport take just 15 minutes. Everything is at your finger tips - there is a shopping centre close by and you can walk to Vegueta in 10 minutes (a must!). The hotel overlooks the lovely park, but if you don't want traffic noise to wake you up early morning, don't ask for a room overlooking the park.

The all day cafe did not have a very large variety of items, and very few hot dishes; only cold sandwich options, croissants etc.

Newly renovated so all very clean and well presented. The location was very handy for arriving by bus from the airport (bus station a few hundred yards and underground so not unsightly), taking bus trips around the island and it’s proximity to Triana, old town, restaurants and shops. we had a view over the small park and the double glazing meant it was quiet

Great location opposite a lovely park with cafe. Near bus station so easy to travel all over Gran Canaria. Super comfy beds and powerful showers with a selection of quality toiletries. We paid extra to have a balcony and it was great to sit outside with a morning coffee and watch the area.

Checking in was very busy with only one staff member- it would of been better if another staff member to help when busy. I did online check in but was no quicker than others in queue .A case rack would of been helpful.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. It is maintained to a high standard. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfasts were good and the staff were helpful. What really sells it is the location. It is located on the edge of the old town and is near the bus station (giving easy access to the airport and other parts of the island). It is opposite a park with stunning trees.

- The breakfast was very varied. Everyone could find something for themselves and eat well. And the view from the top floor - phenomenal! You could sit and sit there. Big pulse for a very good coffee! - The hotel is after renovation and it shows. Every detail in the room has been prepared to Euromean standards, which is not so obvious on the islands. The focus was on a practical approach. Very clean. Cleaning was everyday. - excellent location. Next to the main bust station. The windows muffled the sounds perfectly - you don't have to worry. Close to Triana and Vegueta. To shops, to pedestrian streets. An ideal starting point for people who like to spend time actively.

There was no unpleasant situation. Our whole stay at the hotel was be great!

Great central location. A comfortable room with a double bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Safely locked car park nearby (150m) 14€ a night extra. Unfortunately we did not receive the park view we requested.

Unfortunately, there were no additional blankets in the room, so I woke up cold at night. We were only there for one night. If not, I would have asked for an additional blanket. We were going to bring our labrador; however the extra charge for dogs is 20€ a night.

Probably the best hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is located in the old town, close to park and bus station with convenient shuttle transfer to the airport and south coast area. The breakfast is with good quality and served in the restaurant with magnificent ocean view. Nice and helpful personnel as they provide us with information for main island attraction and restaurants. We definitely come back again at this Sercotel Hotel Parque.
