I had a really nice stay. The building is very beautiful and located 5 minutes from the bus stop to the airport and other places (including Maspalomas), 10 minutes from the city centre. The hosts are really nice and friendly, always available and ready to help. Very good, plentiful and varied breakfast.

Amazing facility, it's really traditional so if you'd like something not "standard" I highly recommend it! The BB is just few minutes from the Bus stop (the bus is 12 it goes to las canteras). Also less then 10 minutes walk from the main street full of restaurants and shops for a good shopping. The owner Luca is really friendly and he can provide all the information you need to enjoy your holiday. I also got a massage there with Eugenio, it was one of the best massage I've ever had, thanks for that! Last but not least if you don't wanna stress about transportation, you can arrange wit the B&B a transfer from the Airport to the facility, thanks Carlo also for that and the tips you provide to me! :D

This hotel was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The owners were extremely helpful in making sure that I had transportation to reach the location, breakfast in the morning, and accommodated a late check out. The price was also very good and the location was nice because it was a bit outside of the main tourist area, but still walkable to everything.

Because the hotel is like a house, it is possible to hear other guests more than in a regular hotel, however, everyone was polite and respectful and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing overall.

Aminta house is a beautiful old building in the historic quarter of Las Palmas. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious and there are plenty of common areas where you can prepare a meal or hang out. As well as the rooftop terrace, my room also had a small balcony onto the street. I chose to add on breakfast which was great value at 5 euros/day. Luca was a great host who always had time to help guests with anything they needed.

Although the street is relatively quiet, there can be some noise from occasional buses (for rooms facing the street) though this was solved by closing the shutters at night time which blocks out most noise.

We had easy 24 hour access to our room and although the bathroom was not ensuite, there were several clean, spacious bathrooms to choose from. We opted to make our own breakfast and the kitchen was well-equipped with fridge, cooker and sink and utensils including stove coffee pot and a small eating communal eating area. We also had access to a large roof terrace with cushioned seating and canopy and could dry clothes there.

Room cleaning and towel replacement was patchy - we had to ask for towels to be replaced after the stipulated two days and our sheets weren't changed after 4 days as advertised.

Beautiful building! Luca is very welcoming! Beautiful view from the terrace! A bit walking distance from the main areas but that wasn’t a problem. Very clean!

Having paid 126€ for 2 nights for an interior room with no bathroom/natural light/ventilation seems a bit overpriced to me. During our 10-day stay in 2 islands that was the most expensive accommodation compared with the other places. It would be nice to have some hangers in the rooms to be able to dry the wet towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the beautiful restored house. It is clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into the interior design whilst keeping the original features. We had one of the internal double en-suite rooms. The property has a lovely rooftop space to enjoy the sunshine! The owner was most helpful with advice and restaurant recommendations which we tried and we were glad we did! It is in an excellent position, on a quiet road but only a few minutes walk from everything Vagueta has to offer.

The location is great: it’s Old Town of Las Palmas, very close to the ocean, but also just few minutes away from lots of attractions and shops. The interior of Aminta Home is lovely, very vintage but also clean and pleasant. I loved the rooftop terrace with amazing view of the city. Wi-fi was reliable and bed very comfortable.

Walls seem to be a little thin so any outside noises can be very clearly heard.

The ambiance and vibes of this place were simply amazing. We immediately felt very comfortable and welcomed. The decor and furnishings were cured to the detail, a small paradise for vintage lovers. The hosts gave us so many tips and recommendations on places to see/explore and where to eat. Furthermore they recounted a bit about the house’s history and made us feel its authenticity even more. A memorable experience we would undoubtedly recommend to future travelers!

1/ Unfortunately in e-mail conversation we got not very precise info about how to get to Aminta - we got lost in Las Palmas and it was a bit stressful beginning. But then everything was great and we felt like home. 2/ Terrace could be really great, but is a bit neglected.
