The 15th Boutique Hotel 4*

The hotel had a very cozy atmosphere. Located a few blocks away from nightclubs, restaurants and noise, giving the opportunity to explore and enjoy all that, but coming back to a quiet room. The pool area had very comfortable furniture and the bar offered the best cappuccino. I had a room with half board, and I was happy with both breakfast and dinner.

This is something that I took lightly and not personal, the staff was polite and helpful, but sometimes their responses in english can be received as rude, due to their way of translating things from spanish into english.

From the moment you enter this property you feel like a welcome guest. Super cute, clean and comfy with a trendy vibe. Check out the adorable wallpaper. Staff in lobby and cafe were very attentive, patient and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy so we had a good night sleep. Happy to have a mini fridge and a kettle/coffee set up in room! Products supplied were upscale and thoughtful. We loved everything about this place! Oh, try the dinner buffet. Best buffet we have had in a LONG time, and a bargain at 21 Euros each (including wine!).

No hotel parking available. 24€ for overnight parking in a local garage. We parked 1/4 mile away for free. You can stop at the hotel to drop luggage.

The property was beautiful and definitely seemed the best in central Lloret. Aesthetically pleasing and the reception staff were very helpful and kind to us. The bed was very comfortable, we travelled as a couple with a toddler and there was a little funfair opposite which was perfect for us! Room seemed soundproof as no noise from outside street, we were 2nd floor.

I don’t feel the cleaning of the restaurant or rooms was up to standard. Hairs on shower basin and hairs around breakfast buffet which was off putting. Mugs were dirty. Room was cleaned but towels taken away and not replaced (resolved at reception) and used glasses were not taken out (I took them to the bar myself) Pool wasn’t heated which was a shame even though the weather was hot and mid summer the pool water was still really cold.

Loved the size of the room and the size of the bed. Loved how convenient everything was in the room; the sink area wasn’t in the bathroom but it was unusually helpful because doing hair, makeup and other things meant I had more space! The rainfall shower was beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. Perfect amount of wardrobe space and the balcony was good for having a moment to myself! I love how close the hotel is to the main strip, but how hidden enough it is that the area is quiet. The check in staff was always so helpful with every request I had and the night staff were always so friendly wishing me a safe night and making sure I got into the hotel and back to my room safely and with everything I needed. The aesthetic was amazing! Everything was clean and open and relaxing!

I think breakfast options should be worked on a little bit more; just seemed a bit all over the place. A lot of options but not always things that go well together! Should also consider more veggie options. The chef who made my eggs was absolutely lovey but, did not pay a lot of attention to quality control - he served me runny egg yolk with blood in it twice during my stay! The room I was given was top floor, first room to the right of the lift, balcony overlooks the pool and pool seating area. This room was not good, as I could hear birds and animals squeaking at night and landing or fluttering on the roof. Many times it sounded like they had come into the room which was creepy and affected my sleep loads

I have fell in love with this hotel ! Rooms are very clean ! They re very hygienic ! Staff are very helpful & nice ! The director is always on the spot with guests guiding them through the hotel , she & the staff are very friendly, the food was so enjoyable & delicious & varied from day to day, The receptionist have been such a good help as well , Overall amazing experience, recommend it to everyone coming around this city

We stayed in the superior room, it was really big, beautiful and modern with a terrace. The bed, the mattress, and the sheets had an incredible quality!!! You will never want to leave your bed! Exceptional service at breakfast and a great tortilla made specially for us. There's a rain shower and a very big bathroom. I wish we had stayed longer!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is gorgeous ! The interior design is beautiful , i loved how clean it is & amazing it smells inside The staff are top notch & excellent I would love to thank reception agent otman specifically he has chosen a very pretty room for me The food on the other hand is tasty & yummy , breakfast has variety of choices, The hotel is located in the city center And am for sure coming back to it again

- The decor was gorgeous. Very relaxing. - The location was ideal. Around the corner from the bus station, close to the strip and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. - The room was ideal. The bed was comfortable.

- Very little - I found it hard to communicate being English speaking and knowing no Spanish but I found that to be an issue more generally in the area rather than the property.

The Guapo's and Guapa's from the restaurant they made our stay !!! My mum could'nt stop complimenting them on their work, their manners and most of all their kindness. Not one encounter was "you're one of many" it was ALWAYS (even when busy) a personalised "hello" and small attentions. I'm very glad I chose this hotel to bring my mum for her to rest for 4 nights. Breakfast to dinner were delicious so many choices to choose from. If anybody thinks of going to Lloret de Mar, just go here because my mum and I miss it already :( I was so impressed (I travel a lot) that I had to quickly write a review Thank you everybody for the experience we had;)

Honestly I'm just saying this to help but it wasn't that big of an issue as we had our own internet but in the room on the first floor the wifi kept disappearing and we also lost tv signal a few times. We didn't tell reception about it because it was not worth it and everything else was EXCELLENT!!! Very good wifi on the groundfloor though

Great location to the centre and also the main bus station (buses to Girona, Barcelona, Blanes, Airports) was one block behind hotel. Really nice buffet breakfast with good options and chef there to make fresh fried eggs, omelettes and pancakes.

Altough room was cleaned every day, the sheets were never changed (6 night stay). Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room (no problem asking for hot water from the bar)
