Staff in a hotel was very friendly. Reception staff very helpful and added to good experience! Pool and facilities around it were clean and nice, slides are child-friendly with plenty of options for kids of all ages. All-inclusive has plenty of options for snacks and drinks next to the pool, more than I expected. Food was diverse although might be a bit better quality.

Food quality is bit inconsistent and depends on who is preparing it. Animators were very friendly but a bit unexperienced, sometimes struggling to keep audience engaged. Evening programs not that good...

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly, the lifeguards attentive, the location is good, the restaurant offered good food, we also had no issue with the cleanliness, our room got cleaned everyday. Would definitely book again!

We didn’t like the room that we got, it was impossible to open/close the bathroom window properly. The food in the restaurant was good but they had very little vegetarian options and the veggies were often overcooked.

Great stop over break for us, very clean and the kids loved the water slides.

Great facilties for kids, waterpark was great for kids! Food was really good different verities every meal time. Very clean rooms were a great size and beds were comfy.

Kids entertainment could do with being a bit better and a bit earlier as generally didn't start till 9/10pm. Tea should probably be around 6.30pm instead of 7.30pm. Could do with a bit better gluten free options they did have a little bowl of goodies and bread but could be a little bit more of an option.

We are a family of 3 with a 3,5yo boy - we found this hotel very positive. Let's start with the location - it is situated on a hill but not too steep, easily approachable to anyone, 10 minutes walk down the street from the main beach in LloretdM. There was a friendly approach from any of the staff, any request was fulfilled and met with a smile from a hotel employee. The room we were staying in was not too big, but very cosy, the cleaning service was always at hand even outside the cleaning hours (if you're missing something). The large beds were very comfy, the bathroom was spacious enough and well equipped. There was a big variety of different kinds of food when it comes to the restaurant, we couldn't have wished for anything more. The wide selection of seafood mixed with the cuisine of the country you are coming from - the BIG thumbs up! And the icing on the cake - the swimming pool area. Our son loved it - especially the 4 waterslides located on the top of the pool. Other than that you could have picked any other waterslide based on your skill level. The rescue workers were always present and clearly visible. You could easily spend all day long enjoying the hotel's pool facilities. To sum it up - we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay and tasty cuisine. They will benefit from the extra swimming pool facilities which will make their holiday unforgettable.

Travelled with a OAP and 5yr old. Facilities for 5yr old i.e. pool and slides were great and very safe and accessible. Rooms were cleaned every day. Staff in the outdoor bar were very helpful and friendly

On booking I had advised that OAP wasn't very mobile and though our rooms were lovely and next door to each other, they were on the third floor and farthest away from the lifts. I had also booked a birthday cake for my daughter as it was her 5th birthday our second day there. I left candles with reception again reminding them on the day, no cake arrived.........no reason given? Dinning room staff not very helpful at all on minimal requests such as just getting a coffee....... To pay for dinning if you hadn't pre booked was very expensive

We found everything great in the hotel ..the towel hire is great all hotels should offer this .cleaners in every day ..food was good .stir fry really good .

I would love the pool to hav something around it at night for safety reasons for kids ..we watched from balcony a tiny tot wandering close to the pool while parents were to busy drinking .our shouts alerted them ..

View to the pool area from the hotel room was an advantage with (pre)teen-aged children. Nice slides. Location: Bus from Barcelona stopped very close to the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable temperature to sleep & good beds. (when Day time temp 30 Celcius)

Pool are was quite noisy, but expected with the slides and the kids. :)
