I loved the hotel and poolside

It’s an oasis of calm right in the middle of Lloret. The location couldn’t be bettered. Bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and beach all within a few minutes walk. The staff are wonderful. If you are a biker they have their own very secure parking with posts to chain your bike to. This hotel is value for money with a great pool and plenty of sun beds.

This hotel is really beautiful, the reception area and bar are styled really lovely. It is great value for money and very well located close to the shops and restaurants within Lloret. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The rooms were basic but comfortable and cleaned very well every day. Aircon in the room worked very well. The bar had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Drinks were great, very well priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls are thin so you can hear a lot from other rooms. The bathroom at times had a bit of a bad smell, it seemed to be coming from the drains, after we ran some water it seemed to go.

This really is a beautiful charming colonial building. If you are looking for luxury, shinny chrome & glass this is not for you. If you want charm and character this is a beautiful hotel to stay in. It is in a great location, beside lovely shop, resturants & leading straight down to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. A variety of hot & cold food to choose from at breakfast. Beautiful pool area to relax during the day or have drinks from the bar in the evening. The staff are very friendly & professional.

The only suggestions I have to improve is to change the flags at the entrance, they are very worn. Also the beautiful garden in front, the flowers also need some TLC. This is a beautifl area when sitting on the porch in front and just some extra attention would enhance this area. Also the carpets in the hall way on our floor need upgrading they are clean but worn.

Great location away from other hotels and crowds, with clean comfy room, large bathtub, sunny terrace, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, swimming pool big enough to do short laps in, relaxing entrance garden and common areas.

Some nights the streets were loud, which could be reduced by closing the windows. Would have enjoyed a mini fridge or at least a water kettle/ coffee maker in the room.

Carmel was an excellent Manager if the hotel, I could relax around the pool, in our room, and nothing was too much trouble from the dedicated staff.

I found one of the kitchen staff unfriendly and overly concerned with tasks, even starting to clean the breakfast 15 minutes before breakfast time was finished. I experienced her stating time of breakfast as of importance as we were entering for breakfast, despite having breakfast during the hotels breakfast hours. I did not feel comfortable having breakfast after this.

The pretiest hotel in Lloret where all the pepole stop to have a look at beatiful exterior. Personal also superb. Loved the interior, spacious room and balcony.

The location is as perfect as can be with restaurants, bars and shopping just a few steps away. If you are a biker it has very secure on site parking. It’s an oasis of calm right in the centre of Lloret. A lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds.

There wasn’t anything I disliked. However, it can be noisy at times.

We Cannes fully recommend this very cude private hotel in Center of llorett. When we arrivwd Carmen, a very elegant Lady as general Manager took us around to Show the hotel and guided US to the Room. We fehlt as Part of the hotel-family and each Person of Staff gave us Feeling of being highly welcomed. Everybody gave us friendly Smile and offered help. The location is exzellent, the Garden and Pool was like a small Oase in the Center of the City. The Breakfast was exceptional perfect and above expected. We certainly plan to come back!

Is somethig to be criticised -- which is online recomandation -- a small table should be on the balcony to can relax with a drink in the chairs. Beds could be improved but is recomandation and Not critic.
