great location, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful desk staff

restaurant wasn’t very clean (every second plate was dirty) and the staff there wasn’t that friendly

Location is amazing, at the center of everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist.

Breakfast options are very, very limited, and boring. We stayed for 4 nights, the breakfast didn't change at all! The plates were always dirty, especially their back side, you'll find food left overs stuck and not completely washed. Also, washroom floor stayed dirty and stained even after cleaning. This is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel.

Room is nicely decorated and surprisingly has decent amount of space in comparison with expectations. Bed was laaaarge and very comfortable. Mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities are on board. Shower is amazing - nice, clean, very well made, "tropical rain" is included. Lighting in the room is also very well made.

Wifi was very unstable, okayish with voice calls, but hanging a lot while surfing the internet. Breakfast has food of a good quality, however the variety could be better.

Amazing location, right by the Gran Via. The hotel was modern and clean and staff were incredibly helpful. We loved having the Bluetooth speakers in the room. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (eggs and bacon!!) compared to other European hotels this was amazing.

The aircon was quite warm. We did try get it looked at but apparently “the fan runs slowly”. On hot days we love our hotel room to be an ice box but this didn’t detract from the trip.

it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially at the Reception. They assisted us in every need with a lot of patience (we were a large group) and I thank them very much. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is really central. It's just a pity that there isn't an internal restaurant for meals (but there are excellent ones in the surrounding area) and the breakfast is plentiful and well prepared. I hope to come back soon!

Clean hotel. Great breakfast. Central location is very convenient for sight seeing. San Domingo Metro station is 1 min walk. Rooms are big. Bed is very comfy. You get a good night's sleep.

WiFi was slow , both in rooms and in the lobby but not an issue for us because we were not in Madrid for work. Access is via a narrow one way street. Entrance is not very imposing but is very secure. The hotel inside is clean sand posh.

Hotel is just minutes walk from Gran Via and close to 3 metro stops. Breakfast offers many options well presented in a large and comfortable breakfast room. My room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and attractively appointed. The staff...from reception to housekeeping members...were always friendly. Upon check in, reception staff offers guests a map of Madrid, marking metros, points of interest, etc. On returning home, I received an email from the hotel, thanking me for my visit and welcoming me back for a future visit.

Comfy bed. Very clean. My 1 year old checked everywhere. 😂 I loved the chocolates on the pillow and the sweets in the cot. It was a nice touch. Breakfast was great plenty for all diets. Staff friendly. Great area for walking around to the nearest sites.

Just a little thing. They were unsure if they would have a cot available. But there was so all was fine.

Great location. Handy for 2 different metro lines. Near to lots of restaurants and easy walk into town or to the royal palace and gardens. Attractive room and kept very clean. Lovely staff, made my birthday special with surprise cake. Thank you.

central location but out of the busiest city centre so there is not much noise during the night for sleep.
