Very close to Santo Domingo metro. Walk about 100m down to get to number 59 Gran Via. Beds are not bunk

There's no indication that you've reached the correct place until you look closely to see that MM is based on the 7th Floor. No phone number. Arriving in the evening, without knowing the code for the outer door the only way I could get in was to wait for a person coming out or going in. Similarly upstairs, you need another door code to enter, this requiring a whatapp msg for communication. The instructions came through eventually, having spent a good half an hour before finally getting into the room allocated. Last thing a traveller wants is this kind of hassle.

This hostel is located on one of Madrid's main streets, with impressive architecture and important stores, bars, and restaurants. It is set on the seventh floor of an elegant and roomy building, far from the chaos of the crowded streets. The apartment in which it is housed has no distinctive finishes or expensive furnishings, but in the bedrooms spaces are generous, in the room where I stayed four bunk beds could have been placed, there were four regular ones instead. The environment is sober and clean, there are six or seven bedrooms in total, it's never crowded, and the air conditioning ensures a good night's rest. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, and the prices affordable, far cheaper than in popular coastal resorts this time of year.

I missed larger common areas, the only room in which you meet other guests was the kitchen, average in size. The three bathrooms are quite small, feeling a bit cramped inside.

We were pleasantly surprised by Much Madrid. The rooms were clean and updated, and the views from the rooms were fantastic. The bathrooms were pretty good, although the shower head positions were a bit tricky to work with. The bathrooms were always clean, though, and there were several bathrooms so there was always one available when needed. The kitchen area was also handy, although we didn't use it much as we were only there for one night. The staff was also friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower heads were positioned so that it was a bit difficult to use them well, but this was a pretty minor issue, and overall we were very pleased with our stay here.

Exceptional location, right on Gran Via. Small number of people in a room, just four single beds, rather than hostels that cram people in. I liked that. The three shared bathrooms were always very, very clean. Nice shared kitchen facilities. Helpful staff. Lockers for bags to be left safely when you check out and still want to explore Madrid.

A bit tricky with the staff not always present. When I went out to eat and came back to collect my items for an afternoon departure to the airport, no one answered the front doorbell and I was worried that I would be unable to enter and collect my bag. Luckily because I had arrived at night the evening before, I had a code to enter the actual hostel when a neighbour allowed me in the front door of the building.

Easy access, comfortable room with central heating. We spent 5 nights before Madrid in Granada and Cordoba and our apartments were freezing. In Mucho Madrid it is nice and warm and you have an additional heater in the room. Very close to public transportation, local market, a lot of eateries. Room had a small table and it was nice if you need to open your laptop.

More shelves would be good, for small things like phones to keep up the reach of the toddler.

The accommodation is in a great location, in the middle of Gran Vía, most attractions are within walking distance. And the view from the room was simply fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable, towels are provided, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms, and the kitchen also has basic items (salt, sugar, tea), microwave, kettle. The staff was extra nice and helpful! I would book here again.

The location and service of the staff were fantastic, the room 701 - best view you can see the Gran Via all illuminated at Christmas - a HUGE window, and the room 702 - amazing the layout of the beds and with a small balcony and has a mini closet, and also has a slightly smaller view but it is amazing, these are the best rooms in the apartment, the staff are kind and kind and concerned for our well-being! A big hug to Sano an amazing Pakistani, we arrived before chekin time and he gently (as the room was empty) performed the cleanup for our stay, it was really amazing - we were very tired !

This apartment is simple for a single purpose - location, comfortable beds and quiet, cost benefit is the best we have ! The photos are the view from room 701. It is an apartment with several bedrooms, it is not a new place is a simple place, the bathrooms are very small - but they are very small, and when the bath fills with water in the box, need to see the plumbing, the kitchen needs a remodel to be simple and old, the rooms can have a place to store clothes, in my room the view was amazing but didn't have a place to leave as bath towels, should have a closet like room 702.

Excellent location - close to all the touristic attractions and to the Principe Pio station if you're headed out to the north. Organised more like a BnB flat with comfy digitally-locked rooms with no bunk-beds but comfy cots and several rather modern (though narrow) bathrooms/toilets. Nice though small kitchen. Remote check-in in the evening. Very friendly staff.

There was a bit of a solvent/glue smell like someone was doing some home-repairs, but not too bad! The floor was a bit sticky, but it was late night already so probably someone just spilled something after the daily cleaning, plus there was a mop in the cupboard so was easy to remedy.

Clean hostel with great staff and only 4 beds in my room and no bunkbeds. Plus had bedsheets, blanket and a towel.

Hostel dated since pictures taken. No beautiful, bright bedspread or curtains. Found it difficult to find this place because there are no signs at street level nor did I see any signs directing me to go to the seventh floor, where the hostel was located.

The rooms were big with great views, aircon, comfy beds and nice bright decor. Very friendly, helpful staff with lockers to keep your things safe. We also had a balcony with double glazing and blinds to block out the city lights and noise. This place was great value for money and we really enjoyed our time! Will definitely come again.

The common area/kitchen could use an upgrade. Compared to the amazing rooms, this space feels a big neglected. Bar chairs were quite tatty which was a pity because it let down the overall impression of the place on arrival. It would be great if there were some couches instead of only bar chairs. The carpet in the hallway was also a bit old and sad.
