The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. It's literally in front of a metro and a supermarket. Really close to main sightseeing also. The room was really good, with spaces enough to everybody and a personal locker that fits a carry-on luggage. Cleaning was perfect, everyday they do a cleaning in the shower and toilet and a regular cleaning in the room in general with changing bed sheets.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is no privacy in the beds. Some hostels provide a curtain for each bed to make it more private. Honestly, it's a simple thing that does not interfere in the whole experience, but even some cheaper hostels have it.

The location is ideal. Very good. The hotel itself is very good and I have to say that Queenie, the host at the breakfast lounge made the whole trip a WHOLE lot more enjoyable. What a fun and friendly person she is. Guys seriously if you go there, have the breakfast at the hotel and ask for Queenie. Thank me later!

The rooms are tiny. And when I say tiny…it’s TINY. I was there with my 60+ mother and twin brothers and to be honest it felt like we were back into the womb. I would not recommend it for a family, specially if you are tall people like us.

Location is excellent, room was clean and shower good, breakfast was very good and facilities were fine. very nice hostel though you pay for it!

the roof top bar and spas were closed (only open over summer though nothing mentioned online. Despite me check and double checking when booking and prior to our departure and being assured parking was readily available for our car, the day before our arrival I was told it was on availability on the day and surprise surprise on arrival (in the heart of Madrid wth no street parking) I was told no parking available and had to spend 30mins trying to find a public park with availability and at a higher cost. Initial staff response was no care given until another staff member offered us free towels(you have to hire towels) and a free round of drinks at the bar (they gave us a half size basic beer) to say sorry.

The location was excellent, only a minute walk away from Gran Via (main street with shops and theatres etc.). The room was very clean and modern. The beds have a little shelf, USB and power sockets and a light. The security was good too because the lifts in the hostel would only work for people with a keycard. The social area downstairs was nice too. Lots of tables and sofas to sit on and do work or chill out. I didn't go to the rooftop bar so I don't know what that is like. Overall a very modern and clean hostel in a great location.

The only things I would comment on are that in my room the air conditioning either didn't work or wasn't very powerful. I did try to shut the window again but it didn't seem to change. I could have mentioned it to reception but I wasn't staying for long. I had a top bunk bed and the main room light was right above my bed (it was very bright) so it woke me up a few times early in the morning when other people got up at like 7am. But that can't be helped - I would just recommend an eye mask! Also the shower drain had a strong smell of sulphur at times but it wasn't unbearable. These are just minor issues though.

Staying with only 3 people rather than a lot of other guests was a good experience in this hostel - not many hostels have less than 6 people in the room in Madrid. The cleaners were coming every day for the basic cleaning services. The shower is spacious and there is a big window with enough light coming in the room. If you do not wish the AC funtion, you just need to open slightly the window! The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is working hard and 24/7, always at your disposal, trying their best to help! The lounge room where the breakfast also takes place is a great place for either to chill, or to work from your computer in a relatively not noisy space. The space has also a lot of books for passionate readers. There many evening events taking place, the hostel tries to entertain their guests; I was never there on those hours to participate but I wish to do so in the future! The terrace includes small jacuzzi pools, a bar and enough seats to enjoy your staying there.

All great.

The hostel is very modern, i would say, it’s perfect for youths as interior is nice, there is a lot of place to chill/work/study and bars to spend time in (one in a roof, and the other in the basement). There are also a lot of interesting events organised, although, unfortunately, I was not able to visit any. There are many bathrooms, all clean and with facilities. And the bed feels private (as private as it could be in the hostel though), with some kind of fencing, socket, shelf.. The stuff is friendly and i enjoyed the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel/hostel. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location, right in the heart of Madrid, couldn't have been better. The interior design of the entire hostel was spot on, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our room was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hostel offered a wide range of fun activities and had amazing facilities, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We can't wait to come back for a third time!

We did encounter a minor issue when we arrived around 23:00 with only one key instead of two. Unfortunately, the security personnel's response was less than welcoming, treating us with suspicion and rudeness, as though we had ulterior motives for entering the building unlawfully due to our single pass. We were unaware of the two-pass policy prior to this incident. A suggestion for the security team would be to maintain a friendly demeanor initially and then address any concerns or policy breaches.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a separate toilet, separate bathroom and a sink with mirror and hair dryer in the room. The storage facilities for suitcases and personal belonging were very convenient and did not intrude on the sleeping area as some hostels do. The rooftop bar was very nice and trendy with good music and hot tubs. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of madrid with easy access to all the tourist spots and attractions as well as all of the restaurants and bars.

The rooftop and the ground level can be off limits to the actual guests of the hostel if there is a booking from a third party which can be very disappointing if you have come to this hotel for the purpose of using the shared areas to meet people. There should always be some space allocated for the actual guests who have paid to stay at the hostel.

The location was nice and central. Less than 60 euros for two nights was good considering the price. Comfy beds and pleasantly surprising cleanliness in a 8-bedroom dormitory, including the shared toilet. The best part about the hostel for me (and why I'll probably come back) is that it is a part of the nightly Pub Crawl which is run by a separate company and visits several hostels before going on a pub crawl. Fun and a good way to meet people if you're travelling alone.

The option to rent towels would have been nice; I wasn't carrying one and so couldn't really shower. More of a me problem though, if we're being honest.

The hostel is situated in the center of Madrid. The location is really good. Few minutes from the metro station. Looks very modern and stylish. Our room was for four people but it's too small, may be two days it's ok, but if you would like to stay longer this not enough. Pets friendly.

Automatic switching on of the light in the bathroom is terrible thing in our room. It's impossible to go in the bathroom without disturbing everybody in the room. It was very uncomfortable. And also the window overlooks the small courtyard where you can watch other rooms. In the result you should keep the curtains closed all the time.
