Positive aspects: -New hotel, everything is brand new with simple and very sixties deco; -Super well located, to know the town and for shopping, metro station just in face -Despite being in the gran via, at night I only heard the ambulances -The view from the room is stunning and the old balcony is really charming -Confortable and clean I will definitely come back if they don't raise the prices...

Aspects to improve: -It's not really well identified - I would suggest a luminous placard, but with GPS and the street number you can easily find it -It doens't have a mini bar nor an eletric kettle, I think this could add value to the place -Don't exist toilet brush (impossible to clean the toilet!)

Very central, close to the most well known monuments and plenty of night life. Very new, large, & comfortable bed & pillows. Shower had an easy to regulate water temperature control. Shampoo, soap, lotion provided.

Being right on one of the busiest streets in Madrid means that there was lots of noise from the street until early into the morning.AC wasn’t working, staff told us a technician had to come and have a look. Because the room was quite small, it didn’t take long for it to get hot and stuffy in there. Hard to sleep, had to open the window to let air flow through but then couldn’t sleep due to all the noise from the street.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Everything was new, really clean and organized. Room cleaning service was perfect as well. The room soundproof when it comes to the neighbouring rooms and hallway was great.

They only had one clothes iron which made things inconvinient for me as I had to wait a day to get it and return it as soon as possible. The windows don't stop the noise from outside very well and there are constant sirens from police and ambulances. There was a renovation for 2 days on the ground floor that was keeping us up until late even though we had a room on the 4th floor.

Great location and everything was very clean. The staff was great and extremely helpful!

The room was small and I couldn’t open both of my suitcases all the way. I was traveling alone with one large suitcase and one smaller suitcase. That said, for one person the room size was fine, it was just the suitcases that it couldn’t accommodate. Also, during my stay the outlets stopped working in my room. The first night everything was fine but the next day is when I noticed my devices wouldn’t charge. Luckily, I had my laptop that was fully charged so I was able to charge my phone with that. I could have asked the front desk but I was only there for a few nights, spending most of my time outside of the hotel so it didn’t really hinder my experience.

The location was great, right in the center of Gran via. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend!

The cleaning hours were strange. Some days we were back to rest in the room at 16:00/17:00 and the room still hasn’t been cleaned, other days we were still in the room around 10:00/11:00 and someone would knock on the door to come clean. The staff were very nice about it and came back later or just exchanged our towels but I think it’s worth mentioning.

The hotel is in a great location with rooms looking out on the Gran Via. Some are located in the back. The design of the hotel is simple and nice. Rooms are clean with wooden floors. The breakfast is good and not expensive with a nice view on the Gran Via.

The airco could be cooler. You need to set it at 18 degrees to reach 22 degrees.

Loved the room, the cleanliness, the location and the attention to details

Room cleaning took place very late in the day (even after 15:00) and there was no toilet brush available in the bathroom

Mini Bar, view was right on Grand Via, balcony, bathroom was a decent size, staff were lovely. Decor was nice and modern.

No coffee facilities in the room, carparking was expensive and down the street

Great staff, fantastic room. it’s dead centre to all the places, just mins away from the underground. Right on the main shopping street. Easy walking distance from every thing really.
