Staff was super friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. Immediately felt at home as soon as we entered the hotel lobby. we were surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of Cava and chocolate strawberries to congratulate us with other honeymoon. Being a gay couple we never felt awkward or anything, it’s a very lgbtq friendly hotel. Cocktails in Carmen were delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple travelling to Malaga!

Excellent location, newly renovated, stylish, design elements, super-friendly staff, excellent english language. on premise bars and restaurants are good quality (but a bit on the expensive side but not as expensive as what you'd expect of a 5* hotel)

Not all details were renovated on the highest quality, for example there were quite some bits of plastering stuck on the air conditioning, and the drain of the shower didn't work well after the renovation so the water was overflowing into the room and the button of the toilet was broken. Also the pool and the rooftop pool area is extremely small for the number of rooms, as soon as the pool opens all beds are "reserved" and it is way too crowded.. this doesn't really give the hotel value, even though you are paying for the beautiful rooftop pool and terrace which you can't use...

Absolutely everything! The facilties were top notch, our room was decorated with flower petals, a bouquet of roses and a bottle of Cava plus little snacks on arrival which blew us away. All of our staff interactions were beyond positive. We sadly didn't take note of the names of everyone. However, a couple of the team really stood out for us. Simply 5 star service from the lady covering Carmen restaurant bar in the evenings, providing extra little touches such as snacks, bespoke drinks, and remembering our drinks preferences. She was brilliant. And the lady covering most morning and evenings, I believe she must have been the manager, never failing to come to us, asking how our day is, taking an interest in what we've got planned and if we have everything we need. Genuinely cannot fault the care and service. If at all possible, please extend a massive thank you to the team. Kind regards Rich & Carly

Gorgeous, modern property in central Malaga that feels authentically Spanish. The room we stayed in was spacious, airy, beautifully set out and elegant. Rooms are cleaned daily and water provided to quench thirsts after a busy day out and about. In addition the room benefits from amazing air conditioning which is very welcome given the warm Andalusian sun. Staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Brewakfast is vast and varied with lots to choose from and we loved going up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the views, chill and enjoy a night cap. Can’t recommend this hotel enough

We appreciated very much the courtesy room to take the shower and change before we left for our late evening flight. Super location of the hotel, close to everywhere, nice room with the see view. Friendly staff, exellent and very helpful staff at the reception desk, very good service at the restaurant on the ground floor, very good breakfast.

Unfriendly bar women at the pool bar, we were waiting for simple drinks for 30 minutes, finally we gave up and left. Guest who arrived after us got they orders earlier than we. Perhaps she was overloaded and needed some colleagues to help. The waiters at the breakfast often forgot what we ordered and at least one member of our family had to wait for long time since the others were eating.

The staff asked us a number of times whether we were guests of the hotel when we entered the rooftop pool or came in and out of the hotel, we found this a little strange as we were dressed normally and we pride ourselves on our good presentation. They also didn't have any irons available in the rooms which was a little challenging as we couldn't iron our clothes and the steamer they provided was throwing water everywhere.

I loved everything about the property, and the staff. There is nothing I can say other than was beyond my expectations. Not only were they super helpful as a tourist, they recommended places to go and routes to places I asked, but also the hotel itself provides gifts for your stay. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. the hotel is located in the centre of Malaga, which is amazing no need for a taxi everything that you need is 10 minutes away or less! Amazing location!!! This hotel made Malaga 10x better, I will definitely recommend to everyone and come again. I also will use this hotel in any area it is located!!!

I did not like the fact I didn’t stay longer!

The location is perfect; it’s located right opposite the central business district, the bus stop is in-front of the hotel, the train and metro station reachable within minutes. The staff is exceptional with Pablo at gist relations taking care of your needs and Geraldine in the Carmen and Lola delivering the kindest and professional service. The breakfast is fresh and the food cooked well. We stayed in the Premium Sea and it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

My only call out is that If you’re staying for more than three days, the breakfast becomes boring.

Incredible hotel! Perfect location for exploring the city, with stunning views. The decor is beautiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful - they arranged a late check out for us at no extra charge and offered a courtesy room to freshen up before heading to the airport. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy and there were lots of facilities but the bathroom deserves a special mention! It had everything (including a hair diffuser which hotels almost never have!) and I didn't want to leave. Breakfast was also amazing, a little pricey, but the selection and views were worth it for us. Will definitely return!

I liked the pool area on the terrace, but there are only a few sunbeds, and it's almost impossible to nab one. There are a few seats usually available, but it is a bit of a squeeze.
