Excellent location. Very spacious bedrooms. Very friendly staff at the bar & restaurant. Lovely pool. Nice setting.

We were disappointed with the behaviour of a large group of men at the pool. They were playing ball in the pool, splashing everyone and shouting. My children had to leave the pool as it was unsafe and their language was fowl. They had consumed a lot of alcohol. Similarly a hen party arrived also another day and we had to leave.Not appropriate to have large groups taking over and making families feel uncomfortable.

Reception staff often appear as they don’t want to be there, considering it’s the first contact the hotel staff have with guests the optics don’t do it justice. The rooms need a refresh now. It wouldn’t take a lot to paint the walls of each bedroom as they look worn.

Great location in a more upscale area than the rest of Marbella center, and just 300m from the beach promenade where there are many restaurants and bars and some shops. It’s beside Gran Melia hotel and the Congress building. The highlight for my family is the huge 1 bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen and big balcony and big bathroom. And the other best highlight is the heated indoor pool that is around 27-29 degrees Celsius depending on the days of the week, and the warm jacuzzi that massages all my body aches away. When searching for accommodation I have searched high and low for a heated pool with at least a comfortable 26C, but it was rare to find. Since this hotel has a spa and the pool is in the spa area therefore the air is nice warm temperature and the pool is 27-29 C. Along the beach promenade it is a very pleasant walk and lively towards the center and Old Town in the east and towards the high end Golden Mile beach resorts in the west. It’s around 1.2-1.4 each direction but it did not feel that far because it was pleasant. The only negative for us is the breakfast offerings. It was rather limited and not good selection. But the price was quite reasonable, especially for the kids which costs Eur 6. The front desk staff was a mix of friendly and helpful to some not so helpful .

Location and kitchen facilities was great. Room sizes was amazing cleaned and fresh linen/towels everyday beautiful glass lifts to take you down to pool. Front facing rooms have sea view and sun in the morning pool facing has sun from 5 till 9ish at night both great sizes with sunbeds table and chairs

The pool didn’t open till 11am which apprentally changes when in season (which I’m not sure when the ‘season’ starts )to 10am but still think this is late. The pool bar remains shut so you have to go up and in to get drink/ food. There was only ever one bar staff who was very slow and for some reason at 5 o’clock they stopped all cocktails. The pool area didn’t seem to get cleaned. Other than these few things which are easy to change I have no complaints.

Good size lovely room & linens with comfy beds (ask for pool facing), new bathrooms & included good b/fast, helpful reception desk. Great location to Malaga(take airport bus it's cheaper than taxi @ 8 euros!), Porto Banús, Estopena, (by bus or taxi)all of which a close walk from hotel. Beach 200m couldn't be easier. Old town easily walkable, takes approx 20 mins aoid the heat! Supermarket is 5 minute walk.Recmnd the Caminito del Rey direct by taxi, quicker! Best local tapas at La Botica, 47 Avenida Severo Ochoa, Marbella - authentic, delicious and v reasonably priced!

Rooms were very spacious. Kitchenette was very good with dishwasher and washing machine. Balcony was large with sun loungers and table and chairs. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Cleaners came in every day and fresh towels provided every day. Hotel was short walk to main area with bars and restaurants. Pool area was nice with plenty of shaded areas. Staff were friendly. Was one of the better aparthotel we have stayed in

Overall can't fault the hotel. Maybe a little outdated in areas but would not effect your stay here.

Excellent & quiet location - just a short walk away from the beach & busy center. Lovely, large bathroom with a ‘welcome package’ of supplies. 24-hour desk. There is a spa and cafe onsite, offering indoor & outdoor seating. The kitchen is small but has every thing you need to prepare meals, as well as a washing machine. The balcony is huge, with table, chairs, loungers, and a large drying rack for clothes. Grocery, banks & many restaurants are just steps away

The kitchen could have used a bit more cleaning (knobs, handles)

This is a spacious apartment near the beach in Marbella. The beach it is close to (Fontanilla) is a bit away from the centre of action (more or less 20-25 minutes walk) , but this suited us fine because we enjoy a bit of seclusion. The apartment is large, has separate kitchen, living room and bathroom, and you receive basic amenities on arrival. The pool area is also nice. Overall good value for money. Parking underneath was easy, but it attracts an extra charge. We arrived early, but the reception staff were accommodating and allowed us to enter early, which was greatly appreciated.

My only suggestion is that they should invest in some better pillows. The pillows in my apartment were very thin and soft so it was hard to get the head in a good position to sleep. A call to reception late at night managed to get me an extra pillow, but this was equally thin so even with 2 pillows it was difficult. In summary, the personnel were helpful but didn’t have good materials to work with.

Spotlessly clean; freshly painted and very comfortable apartments; really very relaxing ; pool area very nice ; lovely restaurant too ;

Very little I didn’t like; however the furniture is very noisy and can be heard being moved through the apartments over head and underneath ; also could hear voices very early in the morning and late at night ; some sort of noise breakers on the furniture legs would help ; next time will try for top floor apartment !!

The hotel is in such a useful location in close proximity of the promenade and easy walking distance to both Marbella town approximately 30 minutes and Puerto Banus approximately 1 hr. There are great facilities in the hotel such as indoor and outdoor pool, spa and treatment rooms and the buffet breakfast is good value for money.

The rooms are functional comfortable and clean but could do with a makeover as the decor is dated
