Very clean, spacious rooms, functional hotel - I found the bed/pillows very comfortable. Location is premium and close to the sea.

The staff are not helpful giving any accurate information or doing any basic service other than issuing room key…. The hotel is called spa hotel - yet you have to pay for basic sauna service?!? Also, the safe in the room is payable! Gym is terrible… Really not services you’d expect from 4 star hotel…. this is a bit like ryanair that charges for everything - im surprised the lift is free:):):) Shame, nice hotel but quite mismanaged.

The hotel was lovely, Staff were very helpful, especially Alexandria & Alex . The Spa pool was a joy to go into, it offered lemon 🍋 pools & warm stone pools + Jacuzzi & Steam, sauna ..It Was a great base between Marbella town & Puerto Banus, so buses or taxis were very reasonable for both modes of transport. I'll return there for sure! Sx

There wasn't that much to complain about..But I will say the food is nice , but basic , I had just one or 2 meals, not Gourmet food..The rooms although clean (& the ladies did a great job cleaning), could do with an update. The shower curtain has seen better days, although has the logo of hotel, but all in all A great place to stay , pity you have to pay €25 euros for Spa facilities, although discount with VIP card..Sx

Loved the Jacuzzis and pool, fabulous views on top of the hotel. Life guard on duty too. Rooms were decorated nicely and included a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Free parking outside the hotel too. Location perfect for all activites. No complaints at all.

Breakfast was expensive in addition to the room rate but there is a Starbucks and multiple restaurants and cafes across the road so this wasn't an issue for us.

Staff were very nice at pool area bar and restaurant Good that there is parking available We only stayed for one night for my son’s birthday and it was well worth it

Large groups such as hen parties take over the jacuzzi area for hours at a time making it impossible for other guests to enjoy . And maybe small children should also not be allowed in jacuzzi .

The room size was generous and so was the wardrobe space. We asked for additional hangers which was provided by staff. It’s location with proximity to clean, beautiful beaches makes it ideal for a beach holiday. Albeit, beware water is very cold so swimming is not possible only for the brave. The staff are flexible and accommodating- we arrived 5 minutes before the buffet dinner closed and it was all removed; but they prepared food for us from their restaurant menu. Much appreciated!

The half board was poor; particularly the dinner. Although there was some live cooking such as fish, chicken or pork; so we did that as the variety on the buffet was poor. Barely any side dishes ; mainly only chips; one day had rice only.It was also not restocked; we had to ask for it to be done.

I liked everything except that reception tried to get me to stay in the same room. The guy in the reception claimed it was a huge difference between the room I had Thursday to Friday, and Friday to Sunday. The second room looked exactly the same. It was further from the street so I could hear the birds sing in the evening and morning. I will be back next May.

I had to cancel my 3rd night but was refused a refund. I was advised to contact Booking.com.

We had booked this hotel 2 years previous and had to cancel many times due to covid 19 we did this online and always got a response, finally when we travelled we advised the hotel we would be arrive late, we were forwarded a pre-registration form and when we went to reception to book in everything was in place our key was just handed to us on verification of our ID. The person on reception was so courteous and friendly at 1am. The breakfast room staff and chefs and cooks were amazing,quality and choice of breakfast of food was excellent Hotel was spotlessly clean. Well done to all the staff!

On street parking it was not clear whether or not you had to pay for on street parking also there is a carpark next to the hotel there is no indication whether this carpark fee paying are not It would to great if this could be clarified on the booking form

The reception staff were very welcoming and professional. Everywhere was clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. I’d go again. Thank you all

I couldn’t see the car park sign to the side of the hotel and there was nowhere to stop to just pull in and ask where it was. I managed to park and then signed in and the staff were very helpful thanks
