Property is centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quite accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage until 9:30 pm the day of my departure since I had a late evening flight. Would highly recommend!

We took the separate room and it was just lovely. We had our own little patio which we enjoyed late into the evening. The hotel is just superbly decorated and has a magnificent garden/courtyard. I loved the double security of having a locked door blocking traffic from the street. The woman at the reception was kind and helpful.

Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The shower especially could have been cleaner. Nothing terrible, but definitely sub-par when comparing with the beauty of the room. No parking as well, but a free municipal parking is available just a block away. It was very accessible.

The unit is part of a large house in the residential part of Marbella. The owner Sebastian was very helpful and friendly. The room is very nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

The house itself is a bit worn down and needs renovations. You could feel this in the room as well. But the owner was already busy repairing a lot of things. The bathroom had a bad smell but I think this is a general problem along the coast as we experienced it at other locations as well. The apartment is 15-min walk away from the old town and 20 minutes to the beach. The walk to town is OK as it is downhill but climbing uphill isn't so fun.

This is in a good location for us. It was up the hill but in a quiet area. The room was good with a little balcony at the back and out the front door a little lounge area in the shade of the trees. The shower was good. You walked down the hill to get to Venus Beach and to the old town. There were great Spanish breakfast places as you went out of the Villa's to the left and there was a Mini Supermarket up there as well. Close to the motorway and we were able to park the car on the street without charge. The bed was comfortable and we had good internet access.

It was a good base. Just not sure about the price for what we got but it seems that it was good value for what other people where paying at other places. The Hill could be a problem for those people who don't like walking up hills.

Looks modern, nice spacious living room area with big dining table and kitchen to use. Lovely small garden area where you can sit on a couch under the lemon tree.

Walls are very thick, you can hear your neighbours talk at 5am which is very disturbing. If you get the room with private external bathroom, you are next to the main entrance door which makes it noisy again hearing everyone leaving and coming home. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and please provide plain black coffee (not just the powder with milk).

You could enjoy the sunset on one of the many seating areas around the house. Coffee was provided and there was also a common seating area and a kitchenette that you could use to make your coffee or cook some food. A whole shelf in the fridge was designated to the room to put your personal food, which I certainly would have used if I had stayed more than just one night. Location right between the bus station and the center and historic center. So everything could be reached on foot. Very friendly welcome by the owner.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and renovated this "older" house looked on the inside. Kitchen/fridge came in handy. The hostess greated me nicely even though I was a bit early. I actually did find parking (free) just a minute walk away near Daniel's Kosher Kitchen (which sadly, was closed on SUNDAY).

I think MARBELLA in general could have been better. I guess you have to go to the GOLDEN MILE to see exciting things. But the house was beautiful!

The Villa Palma is in a very convenient and nice place within walking distance of all interesting places. The rooms are very nice with everything you need. They offer a coffee and water bonus at the reception, everyone is very kind and the cleanliness is very well. Sebastian is an excellent host. You can find free parking close to the villa. I recommend it and will visit again. Close to the villa going to the left I can recommend a wonderful place and delicious food, Pizzeria Da Marcos very kind owner reasonable prices.

What a GEM Self contained log cabin almost ! the photo was EXACTLY the same ! EVERYTHING was perfect ! Location about 10mins walk to old town and few mins more to beach .. Can use the communal area in main house to make coffee /tea and get water etc .. Has a real homely feel and feels like your one of the family . Bathroom was beautifully done Very quiet HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN !

Extremely relaxed atmosphere ,plenty of space, Staff friendly and helpful,

I was disappointed that there was no washing machine. Check-in was delayed because of the language barrier, I expected to meet someone at the gate, I didn't know I had to ring the bell even after several phone calls while standing at the gate. Parking was extremely difficult in the area.
