We had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Oasis, the hotel is brand new and modern with spacious rooms. What really stood out was the staff, they were so welcoming and friendly. With it just opening a few months ago they are all working really hard to build a great reputation, looking for feedback and going above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. We booked an “Oasis Premium with Terrace” room which was on the ground floor facing the main entrance and set back from the road. The road wasn’t noticeable as the view was of a small garden area with privacy screen and the road is very quiet, we were very happy with our room. This side of the hotel was in the shade so if you want a room facing the sun ask for a pool side room. The sea view rooms are on the top floor with terraces. The hotel is not on the sea front so the view of the sea is in the distance over other the top of other buildings. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and golden mile promenade, and there is a supermarket round the corner. The location overall is excellent as it’s a lovely walk in either direction down the beach - about 20 minutes to Porto Banus, an hour to the Old Town. There are plenty of options to get about too - buses, Uber (always < 10 min wait) and an hourly ferry between Porto Banus and Marbella Town. The hotel had a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and more choices on request. We went Bed & Breakfast which I think most guests had done too, and there are so many great options to eat out nearby. The pool and hotel lounge bar were nice quiet places to relax, and Carlos makes a great Margarita :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the team at the Eurostars that make our holiday so memorable!

The hotel is just amazing! It’s modern and very clean, it has a nice design and is located in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! big bed and a sofa bed for the kids, we had a spacious terrace with comfy and stylish furniture! The breakfast was a full verity of choice, everyone will find something and a huge plus for serving the cava as well 😁 we also enjoyed the drinks from the pool bar and food from the restaurant, the guacamole is fantastic!!! And last but not least the pool and the pool area, we couldn’t wish for a better place to relax

Lovely new hotel. Breakfast was good but cooked selection could have been a bit better. Friendly staff. Lovely pool area with very comfortable double loungers, although pool didn’t open until 11am. Great room overlooking pool area with large balcony.

Very strange location behind a very busy main road and a row of showrooms selling furniture/mattresses etc. Nothing nearby except an Aldi. No cafes, shops or restaurants in the area. Very long walk to Puerto Banus or Marbella which meant constant taxis to go anywhere.

The staff were exceptional, so kind and so helpful. The facilities were great and always so clean and tidy.

The location was not bad but just the wrong side of a very busy main road that need to be crossed to get to the shore line, thgat said it was not noisy.

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. An awesome breakfast that exceeded my expectations given other reviews that I had scanned. Whilst it is not on the beach it is literally just a 5 minute walk. When the Sea doesn't appeal the pool is great.

The door opening button in the underground carpark could do with a big sign that says click here to get out, but this really is nitpicking. The sound does travel between rooms a little which is most noticeable if you are in the section that they tend to put the families in. Little people running about can make a bit of noise, but ours was doing the same so not too much of a concern.

This Hotel is so beautiful. Amazing pool area. Stunning breakfast and extremely comfortable rooms.

A very small thing that I’m sure the hotel will be able to correct in time, is that within the spa area there are MANY dead flies lining up along the pool wall. And many alive flies perched on the other walls. It’s hard to describe how many there were but I’m sure this issue will be sorted soon. I also personally really did not like the green gate like fence they have around the pool dividing the relaxing loungers from the pool but I’m sure there is a reason this is there.

When booking you see the sun terrace rooms so you automatically picture yourselves there. On arrival you are given a back room over looking a building site with no sun. I Think the venue was a little over priced compared with beachfront venues . not every room has a tea and coffee facility...I had to ask for one which they kindly gave us but finding out that the electric plugs did not work .We did report it several times but to no avail.

Decided to try this property after staying in sierra blanca as this was closer to the beach and puerto banus and I honestly dont regret it. Had a wonderful birthday whilst staying at this hotel the staff were all very nice and accommodating and did everything they could to make my stay pleasant including writing a birthday message as well as leaving complimentary sweets and sending a beautiful cake to the room! The hotel itself was beautiful, very modern and new. Thankyou to mariana and all the other staff at eurostars.

- brand new hotel, everything was brand new and smelled fresh - good room layout and was very comfortable - pool area was exceptional - decent gym where you can get your essential workouts in - location was great. A very short walk to an Aldi grocery store and location is in between Puerto Banus and Puente Romano. Very easy to get to around if you are renting a car - plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. This is where we parked every day - staff were very friendly and supportive to any request - buffet was good and enjoyable
