Twin beds instead of double bed

No bathrobes in the room

Location of the hotel is fantastic, close proximity to nearby popular areas, walking distance to the beach, very clean hotel- really well managed, helpful professional staff. Great food and drinks choice for all the three meals of the day - freshly cooked food and a lot of it made to your preference in front of you, very clean nice swimming pools, welcoming ambience, amazing views of the sea, taxi easily available. 5+stars to the evening chef Oscar for taking every measure to make sure that my daughter's food was nut free as she has a nut allergy and Ivan for making the nicest fish preparations for us every evening.

Nothing...the hotel staff took such good care of us, we have no complaints.

It is very close to the beach, very nice design (particularly rooms with semi-private pools) and habitat around. Staff was superb (other than kitchen)!

Quality of food was a struggle. We complained numerous times and staff (including both managers) was ever so accommodating, but it did interfere with our holiday fun significantly. It would make a huge difference if the restaurant was not indoors.. Also, pools are not heated, so we could not use them early summer temperatures. Lots of ants on lower ground floor rooms, but hardly anything can be done about this as there are so many outdoor spaces.

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The chefs were on hand to make fresh and delicious food choices at every station and the choice was fantastic for those I picked at the buffet. The staff were professional, helpful, and polite. Particularly loved the personal jacuzzi on the rooftop. I used it at night as well after a night out. The pool is great and would pay again to have the atmosphere there. I wasn't expecting but enjoyed the entertainment laid on every day. Plus, the massage is heavenly.

Nothing can be done about this, but the room I was in was a lot smaller than I am used to in 4/5 star hotels. As such I had to sit on the bed to use my laptop. However, this is only a niggle. I think that guests should not have to pay for parking at the hotel. For the price, this should be included in the cost.

Location is great and rooms are very clean. Most of the stuff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and dinners. Dinners surprised me by the great quality of the food. I can even say that they were better than in most of the restaurants I went to.

Beds are not comfortable, please change the mattresses. Coffee is to be changed as well, especially during breakfast - couldn't drink it.

Location is great if you're wanting to be near Puerto Banus and the beach. The breakfast selection was lovely. Rooms were really big and clean. Check in and Check out process was very easy.

The hotel claims to have a spa but It is simply a very small jacuzzi in a room overlooked by the gym. Unfortunately when we stayed we had rain and thunderstorms one day, so we decided to use the spa to fill our day but there was too many of us for the area so we had to make alternative arrangements. I didn't like that you couldn't pay cash in the bars downstairs, I'm not sure if the whole hotel is cashless or just this bar but this wasn't ideal for us.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The pool was lovely. . The food was nice and good choice. The taxi service was very quick. Very close to beach. Nice walk along same.

The restaurant staff not been advice of offers made to guest. 3 times their was a mistake with the charge. Been able to pay in cash or card especially in bar would be good. Having to pay for tea bags and milk in room very bad . In twin room only one wardrobe. Friends had 2 in theirs and there was one person in their room.

Location, parking and room size.

Room not ready for cold weather, no carpets on the floor which makes it very cold and uncozy, bathroom is not separated from the room and has no doors and what makes it uncomfortable is that windows in the toilet has no shades or curtains therefore the rooms are bright once the sun comes up which is disturbing. In addition, suites should at least have an additional toilet in the living room.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. We had the evening buffet once and it was very good value. Reception staff lovely, some of the waiters could be a bit surly

I was surprised by the room hot drink arrangements. There was a coffee machine (-we would have preferred a kettle) and no milk. We bought a bottle from a local supermarket. After we had used up our 2 coffee cartons and one English breakfast tea bag, we were surprised to find no replacements left by the maid. When I asked at reception, I was told I would have to pay 7 euros to replace them! I have never experienced this before, always had top-ups of used hot drink sachets.
