I love old charm and location of the property. The breakfast was lovely and catered to all dietary needs. The Seafood restaurant was my favorite. The staff were all extremely professional, attentive and kind.

Parts of the property are tired and are in need of renovation. The room was a good size but again needs renovating - particularly the bathroom, more clothes storage and a full height mirror are needed. Quality of the Room Service food was also disappointing. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate reservations for us within the property, but the 3rd party international establishments such as Nobu's, Cipriani's and Fendi Beach should be more accommodating and give preference to hotel guests.

Exceptional breakfast. Great location. Fantastic restaurants around (but very expensive).

The service is not constant, or rather constant interruptions in the supply of coffee and water, cleaning every day of varying quality and at random times. Some rooms have interconnecting doors, and if there are small children in another room, then it is impossible to sleep and you will have to request a room change (if available).

We love the location and facilities of the hotel. Our room was only few steps from the beach and our favorite Sea Grill restaurant. The breakfast in Sea Grill is the best in the world. The evening experiences in the Plaza of the hotel offer excellent choices of fine dining restaurants and fantastic cocktails prepared by the specialists of the Nobu bar. All staff is very friendly and the overall service level is excellent. Puente Romano is clearly our first choice Marbella hotel. We will come back soon and keep recommending it to all our friends.

Incredible resort! Amazing gardens, pools, restaurants! Felt like paradise! We stayed for 5 days celebrating my birthday. They upgraded us to a deluxe pool view room and surprised me with a bottle of champagne! We loved everything. The staff was super friendly, perfect cleaning, huge room. I had a perfect birthday. Can’t wait to come back

Location, on site restaurants and opportunities, villa like feel. Upscale, chic and cool.

We were considering planning our wedding there...we met with MARIA. She was the events person connected to the hotel. Her complete lack of interest, upon meeting, was beyond. We asked so many questions that she could have easily answered, should have taken us on a walk through, etc. She was short, rude and not at all helpful. She was very nice over email but interestingly made her own judgements when she saw us in person. She was a completely different person. It was disturbing and frankly really changed our feeling about the trip and our stay.

The hotel is surrounded by gardens which are absolutely beautiful by day and night. There are 3 lovely pools to choose from with plenty of loungers and you are so close to the beach. We had breakfast on the beach which was so nice. The room itself was spacious with plenty of storage and hangers. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for lunch and dinner all serving a very high standard of food and drink and not too expensive either.

Leaving. We loved this hotel so much and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only stayed 4 nights but we will return in a couple of months. Sometimes the service was a little slow in a couple of the restaurants but who cares when you're on holiday.

Heated swimming pools were brilliant in October and pool areas were very comfortable. Breakfast in Sea Grill was truly exceptional. The staff were very helpful.

Sound travels between the apartments - apart from the first night it was quiet for us but you are very dependant on quiet guests above / below.

The property is gorgeous, has many amazing gardens and peaceful walks. Great pools and bars, and tennis courts. Service was great, and breakfast outstanding!!

A bit overpriced. Beach is not that clean, there are lots of street vendors on the way out of the hotel to the beach. People are allowed in hotel property even if they are not staying in the rooms.

Food, location, cleanliness, ambiance, pools and activities available were all phenomenal. We will be going back again next year.

Just wish the soundproofing was better between rooms. We had some fairly noisy neighbours above us and it disturbed our sleep a few times at night. We will be requesting a top floor in the future.

The room was very nice, well maintained and serviced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants were superb. Some of the food we had was as good as we have ever eaten. The square, in the evening, is full of life and fun. The pools, beach front, etc are really good
