We thought the staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The cleaning service was excellent and we had lots of fresh towels. Excellent pool area with bar drinks and food available all day. Room large and bright with minimal design so easy to find your things. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice.

The TV was only available in Spanish and channels were limited. The evening buffet was a bit disappointing plus it was very expensive. A sign for the hotel where you turn off the A7 motorway would have been helpful.

Stayed here in 2016 and came back as loved the first time. Sad to see that their larger pool that was in the sun is no longer there but it has been replaced with more sun beds and a smaller adult only pool. Loved the area and it’s close to the beach.

We were put in a room that was by the lifts and unfortunately it was very noisy, we were kindly moved to a room that was a lot better and had lovely view of the pool. Reception was very helpful in that instance.

The outdoor facilities are very beautiful, the ponds and green areas

The room was very simple, big but gives a feeling that it is empty, the general atmosphere in it is boring as there are no colors in it, you as a customer have to ask for any bathroom products you need and I do not like that, it was from the point of view of environmental conservation but I do not like this thing and better When I enter my room, the hotels are equipped with all the necessities, the breakfast was varied but the general feeling was that there was nothing where there was a lot of bread and no cereal, the woman the chef who worked in the egg department was kinda mean

Beautiful hotel , in a fabulous location with easy access to Puerto Banus and the beach. Suite was fantastic as was access to the Level, which is so worth the extra. Hotel is spotlessly clean, with fabulous gardens and surroundings. From the moment we arrived every staff member we interacted with were friendly , helpful and courteous . At the level special thanks to Ignacjo and Amalsa, but the piece de resistance was Paco , who looked after our every need and treated us like royalty. We will definitely return . Many thanks

A great place to stay with friendly helpful staff, large standard double room and a very good selection of foods for breakfast.

Dinner options were poor in late November. The buffet restaurant was closed in the evening. The a la carte restaurant offered an expensive fixed price menu. We tried it on our first night. Service was poor, we waited a long while between starters & mains then the mains were cold. A good stay but dine out in the evenings!

Great location right on the beach and close enough to walk to the port and lots of restaurants. Lovely pool area and very clean inside. The breakfast was nice and varied. Staff were welcoming and very good when we needed help.

Not enough sunloungers around the pool and too many people leaving towels on them and then leaving for the day. It was annoying when you have kids in the pool and you are trying to keep an eye on them.

Hotel was beautiful staff very friendly especially the girls in the kids club and staff at the pool bar

We travelled in a large group all was booked together I emailed hotel to mention it was my mothers special birthday she was put in a room with the worst view off the bins and scrub ground and never mentioned her birthday to her. I was disappointed

the breakfast was good, a nice relaxing environment with plenty of choice the staff were super friendly and always made an effort with the kids the location was spot on - it's a 10 minute walk along the beach to reach the marina/shops

The bathroom is a little tired and out of date looking - It needs upgraded and modernised

The level room had great facilities, exceptionally spacious, clean and bright. Pool and gardens very attractive and well kept.

The keys could have worked for a bit longer, it was a bit tedious getting them revalidated every day. After saying that there was very little not to like.

Fabulous hotel with very good facilities.. we were on the Level (adults only). The room was superb, bathroom full of toiletries, fresh bottled water every day … food in the hotel was freshly cooked to order every day.. lots of space around pools for sunbeds… staff were very helpful and polite.. fabulous holiday
