Reception gentleman helpful and friendly- had stayed last year so knew about the place etc. Quiet outside the school holidays and after a pride event- close to Yumbo- supermarket on site and across the road- café/restaurant on site. Pool bar was good and reasonably priced. Many bungalows- this time i was in a quiet area which was good- patio outside with table and chairs and sunbeds if needed.

Unfortunately either side of my bungalow there were two private owned bungalows and they were used by heavy smokers. I am not a smoker and found the smoke drifted into my bungalow if door was left open. (which I needed to do as there was no air com).

Not sure why they have such low ratings, the bungalows are clean and have all the necessities for a short stay. It was serviced every day, which for a short self cater stay is absolutely amazing! The place was quiet, beds not the most comfortable but still a great place to stay. Outside area of the bungalows with outdoor sink and shower, table and chairs all covered by a wall to ensure privacy. In the area there’s a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket. Location perfect for the beach and all nearby amenities. Just a 5 min walk to Yumbo, with all the bars and restaurants possible. Another great feature was the parking, which was inside a gate and always available for customers. Price was absolutely fantastic during the season and would definitely stay again.

Close to all the bars and restaurants but complex is lovely and quiet. It's nice having your own little bungalow and garden.

When we got there we were told the main pool wasn't open as they were re painting it and pool bar was closed,there were 3 other pools but I think booking.com should have informed us that main pool and bar area was off limits for the whole of the duration we was there as I probably would have looked at alternatives.

I have stayed at Los Arcos many times. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Lots of free parking on hand if you have a car. Most units have sizable gardens with real grass and sunbeds. You never get this freedom in a hotel setting unless you pay silly money. And four separate swimming pools. Come on what's not to like ? Los Arcos is booked ( sometimes full) for many months of the year. Logic says they must be doing something right !!!

The individual units can vary a little in quality and can be pot luck. But they offer exceptional value for money and this more than compensates for any little irritations

Staff and location is hard to beat. Each individual bungalow varies in terms of when last renovated but basically the same. They are a little basic and perhaps tired. But cracking value. With 4 pools. Even on busy days the place never seems overwhelmed

During our stay there are several units undergoing rebuilding and some days could be very noisy with builders tools ( I assume this is only temporary)

Absolutely brilliant but no less than we have got every time we have stayed there. All managers and staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble We have been there for several weeks due to a family emergency. Everything was made as easy as possible. We would give this accommodation and staff 10 out of 10. Not a thing wrong.

Great friendly staff were allways there to give advice, this is my forth time here over about 8 years and the prices have stayed the same, in previous years it was a bit tatty but they have done loads of work to tidy up the buildings amd grounds.

The lack of internet and lots of different deposits for keys and things, I had 130 euro in deposits to collect on my final day.

It was only a couple on minutes walk from yumbo, the staff were friendly and bunglow was cleaned and towels left every few days. We had a back and front garden which was nice if you want more privacy. There was always sun loungers around the pool and it was never too busy. Nice and quiet with a relaxed vibe!

Can't fault it!

The Los Arcos Bungalow property surprised us very pleasantly, we got a house of a higher standard than we booked. Two bedrooms, a wonderful garden and patio with many amenities. The gentlemen at the reception were very nice and helpful. Very clean, the lady who cleaned our bungalow was very professional and nice. There was a small shop on the premises which was very well stocked with both groceries and other necessary things. I highly recommend Los Arcos to everyone who wants to spend a great holiday in Playa del Ingles. I would love to use Los Arcos services again.

I have nothing to fault because everything was perfect for us.

basic little bungalow chalets, all you need for a relaxing break .. 25 min walk to sand dunes and lovely little affordable eateries … everything on site if needed or 5mins walk to shopping complex with bars restaurants with nightly entertainment and shops … towels, sheets clearing daily if needed..

really nothing to dislike we love it go back each year for a weeks complete chill out rest..
