I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in Murcia, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the staff's warm welcome and their commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Although the hotel is not located near the city centre, I found it to be a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool and a fitness centre that I enjoyed using during my stay. The hotel's restaurant also exceeded my expectations, offering a delicious selection of local cuisine that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Murcia. The staff, the rooms, and the amenities were all exceptional, making my stay a truly memorable one. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for hosting me and making my trip to Murcia so enjoyable.

The hotel have a great location, being situated in the new business district and just a short tram ride away from the city center. The stylish rooms with full air conditioning, private bathroom, mini-bar, and satellite TV make for a comfortable stay.Murcia is a wonderful place in special on Saturday. We will be back

No coffee at the reception, even to pay. especially on Sunday

All we wanted was a good night's sleep on a great bed in a silent room. This hotel delivered! Parking was plentiful on the street.

Be aware that there are 2 Sercotels in Murcia. We accidentally went to the the one in town, which is in a gritty location and is run down (at least the lobby).

They gave a breakfast bag before I had to depart earlier than expected. The bag was full, good for two people or even for lunch.

Unfortunately, you can not find coffee if you're not having the breakfast, I mean, if you're having the breakfast bag, they call it picnic basket, they do not offer you any hot drinks. A simple machine can be added to this amenity, for tea and breakfast, then they're perfect.

The rooms and Hotel were good value for money

A taxi ride out but we knew that when we booked, what we didn’t know was that the restaurant and bar were closed for our stay, would have been nice to be informed.

We knew the spa was not open, but we thought the indoor pool was part of the hotel, but it was a municipal one next door. Rooms were too hot , even with the AC off, which was very noisy.

Gym not included in the hotel, had to pay 6€ per day more to use it. You can't write that the hotel has a gym when in fact it's separate and you have to pay for it...

That was fine, as expected. Clean and quiet. I stay often, it is in a convenient location, outside the busy city center but not so far.

Room was clean, well-equipped. Good location - close to the tram stop. Helpful reception staff.

Price could have been more competitive compared with other 'chain' hotels.
