Need to do something about the door in the shower, it is impossible to walk in unless you are a stick. (213) It would be good to have a cafe open throughout the year. I understand the need for vacation but it seems strange to me that such a great hotel doesn't provide food for lunch and dinner. Windows should be washed to enjoy the beautiful views of the building and the city. Check the blinds, some are torn (213)

The light up bed was really fun! And it's a stunning building with amazing views. The underground garage was very good, we were confident that the car was safe. Also excellent range of breakfast foods.

We couldn't get the air condition to really make a difference, it seemed to be set quite high. Also, I left a top behind in the wardrobe, and have sent a message via Booking.com about this, but had no reply, which is a bit disappointing.

Hotell's architecture is impresive, very monumental building, morelikely very expensive was to build. Great parking under the building with direct access to Hotell.

The room was extremely large and it seemed a little abandoned as some part of the furnitura was moved away by some reason, thus half of the room was empty. Bar started to work only from 7pm...

My high standards and expectations were met for the room, bathroom, and breakfast. It was quality and professional. Staff were excellent in helping out. Staff were able to communicate in English, which was good compared to many other Spanish hotels.

I decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, and it wasn't my kind of food.

parking ticket, each step out of the hotel you must stamp the parking ticket, they need to find out better way to avoid this negative point, for example giving one permanent ticket for staying period.

The building is very impressive and instagramable. My friends were impressed that I stayed here and not at all interested in 9th century Asturian churches. The shower was good. Large-sized room. Particularly good breakfast. Not as far from the city centre as feared.

I couldn’t work out the coloured lights above the bed which woke me up in the middle of the night.

You can see the hotel from every point of city and mountains! It is the most prominent building. The room was fascinating, breakfast was perfect, this hotel has the best air-conditioner between all hotels, where I was: Barcelona, Bilbao, Leon, Santiago, Malaga

Floor a door in the shower was not fixed - water was pouring through the door on the floor in the shower room, there was no tea-kettle in the room

An unexpected upgrade room, we could see how spacious that room is. We will choose it next time, it is worthwhile. Checkout over internet is possible. Very central. Fridge for customers.

The staff was excellent, helped me make a few calls to check if the places I wanted to see were open.

The location is about 20 min walk from the city center, not a lot of restaurants nearby that stay open late. On my first evening, went out for dinner and had to walk to city center to find a place that wasn't already closing.
