The location is perfect - a huge supermarket is just across the street and you’re minutes from the central shopping and eating district. The rooms are American-sized (huge) and everything is incredibly clean and efficient.

Personal peeve - but I like having a kettle for coffee or tea whenever I want, and for as large and nice as this place was, I was surprised that a kettle or coffee machine wasn’t available in the room.

Great location - very large rooms - the largest we had on the Camino. Very clean, efficient, across the street from a huge supermarket, and minutes away from the central shopping and eating district.

So, I’m one of those who likes a kettle in the room for coffee or tea, whenever I want it. For such a large, modern, American-style hotel, I was bummed there was no kettle or tea, or coffee available in the room.

The personnel at the front desk reception and the assistants during breakfast were friendly and professional. The location was great. It was walking distance from major attractions. The room was large, cleanand well maintained.

It's an older hotel, so it looks like it needs a makeover.

Pros: right on the Camino, very clean business hotel really geared for tour groups. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons: the staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance in arranging transport for my backpack. There many comfortable cheaper options in Pontvedra for the camino.

Nicely located a short walk from the old centre, it made for a convenient and comfortable place for us (three friends) to stay for a couple of nights' visit to the city. The price was reasonable for Semana Santa and it had parking at a price about par for Spanish cities. I'd use it again happily.

Hotel was great room was excellent although quiet but that was grans for us.

Our friend with us got the veal as extra for the meal of the day extra €7 but it was really poor quality. The standard meal of the day was good value and tasty. The wifi was OK but speeds were poor. Ended up using my own data package

they still allow smoking in room. not sure if all, next time we’d ask for non smoking room to avoid smell. suggest hotel become non smoking completely. ac and windows open which is nice

We moved at short notice from unsuitable accommodation during a heatwave. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the air-conditioning was good. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

€10 breakfast was only adequate in comparison with other enjoyed at similar Galecian hotels.

Great location a 10 min walk to old town. Great supermarket across street and many cafes. The Italian restaurant next door is excellent.

Location, spacious room, clean bathroom. We actually had a suite for a normal money, they had a dedicated storage place for bicycles in the garage, although a large hotel, very friendly staff.
