Perfect location close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Laundry and groceries also a few hundred meters away. In the center of the old town. Dated furniture but still comfortable and functional. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs.

No kettle or microwave in room.

Inconvenience: The backpack from the Camino pilgrimage had to be delivered from Hotel Ruas to Hostel Lotus. It was not delivered to the indicated address even though a bag was attached to the backpack in which 10 euros were left (instead of 6). Through the mediation of the Lotus hostel staff, a taxi brought the backpack. In the bag, instead of 10 euros for transport, we found 6 euros, a bag closed with adhesive tape and paper clips. The luggage was not delivered and the contents of the bag were changed. Unexpectedly...

Great location. Great beds. Stayed here are there was limited accommodation choices on the Camino that day in Pontevedra. Booked the day before. Great water pressure in the shower. It was a struggle to get up and walk again the next day it was so comfortable.

It would have been good if breakfast options had been offered when I checked in. I probably would have been an easy guest to upsell to!

Warm and enthusiastic welcome when we arrived from a long day walking the Camino. We had a great two-bed corner room on an upper floor overlooking the square below. Worried at first that the noise from the bar on the square would be an issue - not at all. Double windows and curtains blocked nearly all noise from outside. AC worked just fine. Tub and shower worked just fine. Location was near to both the historic center and the Camino. No problems at all!

Extremely central, right in the middle of the old city center. Very charming neighborhood and close to all the restaurants. Clean facilities and friendly staff and very close to the Camino. Not a luxury hotel or anything but very good value for money.

The AC was off and due to the central location it was quite noisy from all the restaurants in the street so the room was very warm, it was difficult to sleep.

Cafeteria very good and nice breakfast available at reasonable prices. Great position in the old town though a little difficult to find as pedestrianised area. Garage parking close by at extra cost.

Only a bit noisy when restaurant closes at night and cafe opens in the morning and chairs, tables collected in, put out.

Convenient location in the historic centre of Pontevedra. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room was tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a busy area of the city and there is quite a lot of noise from the restaurants and bars that surround the hotel. The double windows kept out a lot of the noise, but we still heard lots of voices coming from the stairwell. Also, the room had harsh, bright LED lighting. It would be more welcoming with different (warm light) bulbs.

The hotel is well located at the city centre where all the activities are. It is close to everything and there are plenty of eateries around. We had a really good dinner at the restaurant right next to the hotel and the breakfast provided included churros which we absolutely love! The staffs are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a good rest despite it being a Friday night.

Friendly and clean urban hotel on the camino right in the centre of Pontevedra. Triple room was very small but no problem for 1 night. Good restaurant too. Staff helped me to bring coffee up to the room for relaties lying in. With morning coffee a small juice and a churro was served for free. Very kind.
