Though prior reviews had me anxious about my stay, upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at my clean room and clean bathroom. There has not been any remodeling since hotel was built, but I didn't mind that one bit! It made me feel as if I was visiting my Nana back when I was a young child - I loved my stay at this property!! Not everything needs to be "upgraded" in this world to still be nice. I will also say this - if you travel with a lot of luggage, this may not be the place for you. The rooms are quite small and with only two staying in the room (plus triathlon bike and gear) it was a tight squeeze!

There wasn't much that I didn't like, but if the weather had gotten really hot it may have been tough without air conditioning. However, there was a nice oscillating fan in the room and we did use it when one of the days got up to 76 degrees (25 celcius).

Staff were great, really helpful. The evening menu option was very good value for money, the breakfast was a good selection. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was superb, very close to the Camino and less than 5 minutes from the old town square.

Nothing really, the hotel just needs a lick of paint and a spruce up.

Rooms were very clean, free bottles if water and it was quiet. Very central in walking distance of food and drink and convenient for the camino.

The room was very clean, and had fresh towels, soap and toothbrush. The bed was excellent. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and forthcoming. The location is just by the city centre and the Camino.

The hotel is quite old, and not very modern. The pictures of the room nade it seem like it was more modern than that. Personally I didn't mind that at all, but I guess some people might.

The location on The Camino, the clean room and facilities. The staff was very good.

I can’t say we felt there were any negatives. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future.

The location! Short walking distance from the city center. Quiet. We could close the windows facing the street because there was a fan. Room was clean, pretty small.
