Lovely room and good facilities. The hotel was clean and well managed, with staff being friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, right on the Camino if that is your reason for looking. Then only a couple of minutes into town for a selection of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast seemed a bit odd. No-one really around and things did run out, so it was a question of waiting for the lady to appear. No real explanation of what was available or how it worked. The 'slam' doors for the rooms were a nuisance - first the late-comers make a noise, then it seemed almost straight away, the early birds were in and out of their rooms. Not un-typical but a little annoying.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped me figure out public transportation and got me a gluten free option for breakfast, which I really appreciated. When my plans changed and I requested to stay an additional night, they tried to get me into the same room, but could not. They did, however, get me into the new room as soon as possible, so I didn't have to hang out with my luggage in the lobby or anything like that. I would definitely return here. It's close to shops and restaurants. Great place for pilgrim to stay!

There was no a/c, so I had to leave the window open. The window faced the street, so there was a lot of noise at night. I was much happier with the interior room I stated in the 2nd night, because it wasn't facing the street, so much quieter. I thought that relative to other hotels in Spain, this one cost a bit more and breakfast wasn't included. In fact, I paid only $35 more for a very modern hotel in Madrid. That being said, it was very reasonably priced compared to what I'm accustomed to paying in my country of origin. In order to use a hair dryer, you had to request one.

This is directly on the Camino route as well as being very close to the centre of Pontevedra and just beside a supermarket. We did not get much time to explore the town but what we saw seemed beautiful.Although our room faced the street it was nice and quiet. Plenty to chose from at the breakfast buffet (continental) The room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs very well. Excellent shower!

High quality mattress, quiet building, very helpful staff, accommodated my dietary restrictions at breakfast, conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, bars , pharmacy, and public transportation.

while the beds were great and it was very clean, the place could use some updating. That being said, I was very comfortable and stayed a 2nd night.

The rooms are well equipped and quite spacious. The hotel is getting a bit old but that also gives it a nice charm. There is nothing dirty or broken at all. The staff was really friendly. We didn´t book breakfast so i can´t comment on that.

I found the parking fee a bit expencive and the garage isn´t reachable without leaving the hotel. The receptionist has to open/close the garage door every time via remote contol but of course thats no big deal.

Walking the Camino. This was a treat and I noticed that other pilgrims were staying here as well as an alternative to the albergues. Room was large enough for me. It was comfortable and facilities very good. I was very pleased with my stay.

There was nothing that I disliked.

convenient location for cycling the Camino Portuguese, with large, secure space availability for storing our bicycles overnight, & a decent breakfast to get us going in the morning

our “courtyard view” was of the ventilation system for the building right outside our window, which added some unwanted noise, and meant we could NOT open our window for fresh air

Breakfast was limited in range but fresh and plentiful. Rooms were well cleaned and while the hotel was old, the appliances were well maintained.

Not having a fridge, kettle and a safe. The walls were quite thin because I could hear the conversations very clearly from the next rooms.

it was okay. the location was just right outside the main city center. its right next to a market which is convenient but they don’t have a microwave in their room so it is kinda pointless.

it was just old; staff were ok. not great. sort of creepy.
