From the very beginning of the booking everything was just like it should be. We had some questions that were answered to us immediately through booking messeges. The room was perfectly clean and neat with everyday housekeeping. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing and everyday something different. In the price was also included the gym and spa area. Everything you need from supermarkets to coffeshops is nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel, it was amazing 😁😁😁😇😇😇🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰

This is an amazing place with the most lovely staff which we have ever met. The room is very large, extremely clean with very good air conditioning system. The food is also excellent and very delicious. The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the bus stop and 7 minutes to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation, you will not be disappointed. Gracias!

Nothing!!! Everything was good! This is not a joke, this hotel is really an amazing place for rest!

The hotel is conveniently located - in a calm area with restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff super friendly.

We had one of the two rooms on the ground floor. Great access to the pool but you could here everything that went on in the bar and table movements in the early morning. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were only sliding doors that do not fully shut. When being in the living area, you could literally hear everything that went on in the hallway. Luckily we did not need the sleep function of the couch as the room was not that spacious.

Single beds were really narrow and sheets not wide enough to tuck in sides which was annoying.when you wake up you think you had been in a hurricane. But bed comfortable but very creaky every time you move.take note all you passionate types. Also they need to put hotel signage on side of the hotel as it was easy to miss depending on what direction you came.

Great hotel, renovated, excellent service. Clean rooms, clean restaurant, corridors. Willing and polite staff. Great restaurant. Excellent breakfast, great dinner. The hotel has a lift to the 1st floor. Barrier-free. Silent. No noise from children and ill-mannered guests. My shower broke during my stay - it was ready that day. After the previous guests, the toilet was clogged - it was ready immediately. I travel often - but I haven't had such great service for a long time, while I know that in Mallorca it is very bad with hotel service. Congratulations! Very good management and employees.

The internet appeared. Weak, poor quality connection. It would be advisable to redo it - completely. Tax fees - could already be included in the price when ordering. The amount increases unnecessarily.

Great Adults Only hotel with very friendly staff at a top location! It is a nice two-storey hotel with a modern and clean touch to it. Our room (223) was a spacious corner room; clean and had a nice view to the pool. The bed was comfy. The location was ideal for a beach vacation - just a 5 minutes' walk and you are at the great Alcudia Beach which has fine white sand.

You cannot expect culinary highlights in a tourist hotel in Mallorca ;-) so the only thing that was not outstanding was the food; but it was not bad either!

Very clean, perfect for couples wanting abit of relaxing time & location was perfect to shops and bars.

Food was lovely but did get abit repetitive but that’s just personal and next time would probably go self catering just so we could eat out. But that does not affect the hotel it’s self we would go back!

Acces to the hotel is amazing. You can get there by bus n. A32 that goes directly from airport to a bus station called Ciutat Blanca (which is about 200 metres away from the hotel). Hotel is situated 5 minutes away from the beach “Platja d’Alcudia” which is a beautiful beach with bright blue water and white sand. It’s basically the same as famous Playa de Muro, but on Platja d’Alcudia there is less people. The hotel staff was incredibly professional, dedicated, kind and highly experienced. I especially value the receptionist Roberto because he was always ready to help whenever we needed. When ve arrived we got a glass of champagne and on our last day Roberto printed our covid documentation. The food was very good with big variety of everything. For breakfast there trully wasn’t anything missing and neither was for dinner. Everything was fresh and made perfectly. The chef who prepared fresh grilled fish for dinner and morning eggs was an amazing man who really knew how to cook amazing food. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but I would like to thank him this way. Also the waiters Santi, Ivan and María were very hard-working, helpful and always kind and smiling. Rooms were modern with comfortable beds, quiet and well functioning air conditioning and nice big balcony. They were very well cleaned every single day. Towels were always changed and so was the bed. If you want to stay in a hotel where no kids will be screaming, no loud music will be playing, where you will be able to simply rest, eat great food, where everyone will treat you the best way possible and literaly nothing will disappoint you, Trendhotel is the hotel you should choose.

I just loved this hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We really felt good during our stay. Room: The room was perfect. The airconditioning is something we really appreciated during these hot summer days. They came and cleaned the room every day. Facilities: The swimming pool was warm. There is also a gym, welness and indoor pool. Food: There is always something good in the buffet. We really loved de variety of food that was served. Drinks: The drinks are pretty cheap and the best we had during our stay on this island.

The staff was amazing, always trying to give you more than you expect. Everyone from cleaning ladies to reception and bar staff was great. The rooms were spacious. The rooms were cleaned every day, fast and tidy. Once I forgot to close the safe - nothing was stolen, so I can also add security here. The beach is great in this part.

Probably only one little drawback is the noise when the cleaning ladies start their duties (around 8 am I think) - if they are cleaning the room above yours you can hear that, as they move the furniture. Some bits of the furniture could be renewed. But that's if I need to pick on something. The hotel is a little bit far from the port where the majority of restaurants are, but we knew about it and the beach is much better in this location (near the port it's a bit shallow as we read). So once again, everything was amazing in general.
