Excellent hotel, very nice premises and great breakfast and dinner.

Construction works going on, not only in the neighbourhood -beyond control of the hotel- but also within the hotel. They started very early in the morning. Our room was precisely right next to the works and, since the hotel was only 60% full -as we were told when checking in- it would have been great to have had our room farther away from the works.

Everything was great! Beautiful design, everything is clean, nice cafe area with delicious food and cocktails. Breakfast and dinner are also very good with large selection, you definitely can find what you want. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with any question. Evening show for adults and kids are interesting. I also made a note when booked a room about not noisy area, because we have 2 year old child and he has daytime sleep and goes to sleep early in the evening, so they took into account my wishes! Thank you! I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to my friends.

Coffee at the bar is not good. We lacked a tea at dinner, there was no option to order it.

Housekeeping very friendly, food at the pool bar is good quality and tasteful. Rooms are clean and large with good ac as we had 35 degrees all the time. Nice pool, you can cosy relax everywhere, looks like a boutique hotel.

Very large hotel, staff not so friendly, except housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is as much you can eat, i prefer quality over quantity. There is a parking outside the hotel, but they should warn you can not park at the right side of the hotel. I've had a fine of 100 Euro. Every day the parking is full of cars. It is so simple to ask at check-inn if you came by car and to tell people not to park there. When i told i had a fine, their answer : 'you just have to pay'.

No lock on the sliding bathroom door. If your room is above the restaurant you will endure loud music from the bar 4 nights a week until 11ish. Unheated pool

As a family with two small children, it was an excellent location. Bus into main town and walks along the coast line. Beach right next door and lots of restaurants although the food at the hotel was ample. Our kids loved the morning breakfast. We’d definitely recommend to others and return. Not just for families as well - perfect for any one any age. The actually hotel was beautiful and very arty. Pool side was lovely and spacious.

There were two shallow pools and one deep pool. For our children 6/8 there wasn’t anything for their middle height, they are confident swimmers but still like to touch the floor at points so they couldn’t come in the main big pool with us which was a shame so we ended up swimming in the sea for the duration of the holiday.

We were in the loft which is super comfy. It's cleaned daily and mini bar is refilled free of charge. I liked huge terrace even though it was not used so much. It has coffee machine which was very appreciated. Gym also has couple of treadmills. Beach is fairly close. There is nice bar in the hotel and it has a lot of cheerful details, I liked the vibe of the hotel in general. Also buffet for breakfast is amazing, very good. Outdoor pool is huge enough for swimming.

Sometimes it's hard to find parking but we always managed to do so in the range of 200m from hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. Staff are so friendly, pool, gym and sun loungers never busy. Good evening entertainment especially the female DJ. Lifts work, cleaners respectful and clean. Rooms have slippers and robes huge balcony and air con that works. Definitely returning.

Location is not in the main Alcudia strip so walked 30 mins on some nights for food, just a caution in case others are old are disabled. But plenty of buses running at 6am til late and other good restaurants close by. KFC offers a cheap alternative to eating out which we enjoyed.

Room was lovely and spacious, clean and bright. The bar area was really lovely, scandi feel, light and airy. Lovely bean bag areas and full sofas to lie on when it got too hot. Nice pool. The staff were all really lovely. It was nice to stay in the hotel area, the beach is very near although the area is quite built up around the hotel. We'd def visit again though as the hotel was so nice. Buffet Breakfast was very good! A visit to Alcudia old town is great, very near (car or taxi) also Formentor beach is worth a drive, pretty winding road there but go early for parking. Pollenca also a very pretty village to visit and quite near. Also worth a walk around to Alcudia port, there's a lovely bar at the very far end for sunset cocktails...

The area is quite built up around the hotel but hotel itself is nice.

- spacious and clean room with plenty of amenities - great location close to a number of restaurants, bars, bus stations and of course the beach - relaxing atmosphere, nice design,.lots of spaces to chill for the hotel guests - great breakfast with plenty of choices - friendly and helpful staff

- for some reason, neighbouring rooms were moving their beds early in the morning and this was making a lot of noise - early closing time for the hotel bar (lights out by 11) - limited drink choices at the hotel bar
