the pool is open to people is not hotel client , by a pass day , and for this reason there aren’t sun beds available and the pool is totally full , and also the pool is not safe , they don’t should do this.

Lovely view from the hotel in a quieter area of the bay. The staff were all friendly and when we checked in very late we were given a small room at the side of the hotel with a view of the mountain and a tiny side view of the beach. The room was very small with barely any space for our suitcases with a small bed. Not quite what we had booked and a bit misleading when booking a Seaview room! We were kindly relocated after one night to another room at the front with a bigger bed, more space and 2 wardrobes... not sure how these two rooms are classed as the same price by the hotel but they are so be careful!

The pool area is nice but not that many beds. It looks like the hotel offer a day pass for non residents which is annoying for paying guests so we always had to go down to the beach and pay for sunbeds.

Location its perfect, the hotel is spacious, clean, all the common areas are comfortable and decor is very well balanced with the landscape around it. Room had a good size, very clean and offered me side view to the beach. There’s no private parking but we never had issues to find parking around even if during peak summer.

Attention to detail in the bedrooms, there was no complimentary water and it would be nice to have some welcome treat or even a small local sweet in the evening as many hotels place in the bedrooms like a small surprise to the guest. The room decor is nice but lacks a bit of personality vs the main areas in my opinion. The breakfast was good but the staff seemed stressed everyday, even if at the end they made their best to attend all requests.

Great location and very good facilities. Breakfast was excellent in a really nice setting. You have a real feel of living in the beach there. Staff were very informative and helpful

Some repairs were needed, such as a shower not draining well. The upstairs pool needed better monitoring to prevent people from just dropping a towel on a lounger and "claiming" it for the day

Beautiful location, breakfast and dinner, which we had once, in hotel were excellent. Fantastic restaurant , Patiki Beach, directly opposite, tranquil and beautiful place.

Lost personal touch it had when Ona Hotel brand, staff were ok but not as well trained or relaxed as on prior stays here. Odd that refused to open gym until 9am, would have liked to have worked out pre breakfast but for some reason they would not accommodate.

Excellent interior design. Enthusiastic staff and managers in the restaurant. Stunning views. All is within walking distance. Have already recommended to friends.

Just a small issue: carpets in the corridors need replacing/cleaning and Reception welcome was underwhelming but apart from that, all was good.

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay. There was complementary bubbles sent to our room. The pool was amazingly located up the mountain side with views over the bay. There’s also a small bar in the pool area. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the restaurant also has beautiful views over the bay. We also enjoyed having a drink there in the evening in the lounge chairs. The decor is very tasteful and contemporary. There’s lovely music and scents throughout the reception area - which is a nice attention to detail. The staff were excellent and accommodating. We found that the hotel was in a the nicest and more quiet part of the promenade. There’s loads of choice of restaurants in Port De Soller and the standard is really high. We loved strolling down the beach promenade. There’s a great and romantic vibe and it’s the perfect location for a honeymoon, and a good base for exploring the beautiful neighboring villages/towns (by car). We will for sure be back for an anniversary.

The room service was knocking on the door already at 8:30 while we were still in bed, which we found a bit intrusive. After that we used the ‘do not disturb’ sign every morning. The bathroom door is a sliding door which doesn’t close properly and isn’t very private. There’s no dedicated parking at the hotel but we did always seem to find a free spot up the hill in front of the hotel.

Was given room with side sea view first after paying for room with full sea view. Was only moved to better room after first night. No coffee facilities in room. A bottle of free water would’ve been nice. Small rooms.

Lovely clean, modern hotel in a perfect location with friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool was excellent and actually bigger than it looks in the pictures on booking.com. It was one of our birthdays whilst staying there and without prompt, the staff left a free bottle of bubbles in the room with a note to say happy birthday. A nice touch. Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel at the end of the resort. Very peaceful but right beside the beach. Loved our room (309), which overlooked the bay. Bed was very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Ate in the hotel the first night, and food was top class and very reasonable. Pool on the rooftop looked lovely, but we're more beach goers, so didn't try it. Staff were all lovely, and nothing was a problem. Thanks to all. Overall, 10 put of 10.
