The location, the views, absolutely stunning. The hotel is just so beautiful. very peaceful and relaxing. The staff so friendly and hard working. couldn’t ask for a better relaxing stay, it was everything we wanted.

The bed and pillows wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was a little limiting (would have been better to have had veg options for breakfast). Limited snack options around the pool (would have loved ice cream or smoothies) :) The car park/drive is very narrow and took ages for us to make turns etc. would have been nice to have had a warning in advance so we would have gotten a smaller car.

The hotel and the setting were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit slow but very good!

Getting there is not for the faint hearted!! The drive is very steep and along a very windy narrow track. It's not somewhere where you pop out regularly.

Outstanding accommodation, superb location, great restaurant, very helpful and friendly staff

Nothing. But having said that the location is superb with spectacular views it requires a car or taxi to get to the hotel as walking to the nearest village or restaurant (Soller) takes around 1 hr down a steep hill. This is important to remember as the fantastic restaurant is closed on Monday evenings.

Breakfast was wonderful and the food at the restaurant was extremely good. Setting absolutely gorgeous. A truly special place and we would love to return, but would want to choose the room we stayed in.

Honeymoon visit, we booked a top tier room. However was rather disappointed with the first room that we received, (room 12) we were eventually on our last night of 3 moved to room 14 which was incomparable. Feel somewhat disappointed that these rooms are charged at the same price and, in my opinion, are wildly different offerings. Not only the views that they offer but also the bathroom facilities, the light, general ambience, and space.

It was the most quaint, adorable resort I ever stayed in. The views were breath taking, the gardens were absolutely adorable. The staff was extremely personable. Overall we had a magical experience at this resort.

The villa rooms are slightly outdated but we actually didn’t mind at all. It felt cozy and warm. We wished there was bar service by the pool but other than that everything had exceeded our expectations.

The location is stunning! Staff made us feel very much at home. A lovely calm ambiance. It’s a beautiful place to sit around and take in the views or bathe in the infinity pool. Plenty of pointers to the building’s past history through the sympathetic decor.

The parking can be tricky! The piped pop music on the terrace is an unnecessary interruption to the natural beauty of the setting.

we only had one room that included breakfast instead of both rooms ride did not show up in time to pick us up from the airport - called after we waited then took a taxi -

taxi transport - did not receive a confirmation email so i could call the cab company so we waited then finally took our own cab -that was unfortunate

The views are out of this world. It was almost empty. The hotel itself looks like it was made for a Roman senator long time ago. the infinity pool.. no words can describe how beautiful the view is. there is also a hot tub where you can sit all night watching the stars and the beautiful surroundings. sunsets are just glorious. the whole dining area is just flooded with orange red and pink colors.

It’s not cheap but I guess it worth it.

The hotel setting is beautiful with many olive trees draping on the terrace and views over the mountains. The hotel is decorated nicely, feels like it has been kept well and updated when required. We had a big room on the top floor, room 8 with a small outdoor terrace that had partial sun, a bathtub and big bed with a smart TV. The room however had beams that you would hit your head against when no careful.

Location is between Soller and Deia, however the drive up to the hotel is on a very hilly, dirt track with lots of sharp turns and uneven road/ pot holes. If there is a car coming the other way, it is a bit of a problem, especially after dark. The drive up the dirt track is about 4mins to the hotel. The swimming pool and hot tub area did not have that many beds and not positioned too well for the sun, lots of trees in the way.

The views are incredible and the hotel is quiet

The road up to the hotel is very challenging, making it difficult to leave for meals in the evening. Perhaps something can be done to provide greater visibility on this road.
