Fantastic location, spotlessly clean. Staff very very good and so helpful. Breakfast was super. Only draw back was lack of sun beds and these were not monitored. The hotel was so good, rooms comfortable and location to beach, front line and all facilities fab. Had an great roof top bar with good sights over the port and fantastic cocktails- staff we’re also very helpful. Will return

Sun beds need to be managed by the management of the hotel. At 9am it was carnage with residents literally fighting for a bed to get their towel on and then disappearing for most of the day.

Modern hotel, very clean throughout, lovely breakfast room with lots of breakfast options, and great location on the harbour. Roof terrace is great, lovely setup, staff and music, we had pre drinks here most evenings before heading out for dinner. If I go to Port de Soller again I would rebook this one.

We had a shower over a bath, each to their own I guess but I would prefer a shower cubicle. I understand that if you’ve got kids a bath is probably useful and we were in a larger room. Otherwise room very nice and cleaned every day.

This is a great friendly hotel, with an easy feel to it, staff are attentive, breakfast is so lovely with a fabulous choice, with fresh cooked breakfasts cooked in front of you. The hotel is situated in a prime location on the beach, it has its own sun terrace and pool area, it gets a little bit busy around the area but there is enough beds for those that like pool beds. The hotel also boasts a fabulous roof top bar with a stunning view over the bay, great cocktails and again lovely staff. The rooms in the hotel are exceptionally clean, modern and have everything you need. This was my second time visiting this hotel and I’m sure I will be back again, I would definitely recommend, however, Port de Soller should be kept as a secret as it’s a little gem and a great hide away. Overall this place is a great place to relax and feel looked after .

We had a basic room due to availability,the lack of soundproofing was noticed especially through the night when you could here the neighbour paddling around and using the bathroom. Could do with brighter lights around a mirror for makeup.Would definitely stay again but hopefully be able to book a better room .

Amazing location, literally on the beach. Superb buffet breakfast and dinner with warm, attentive waiting staff. Fab rooftop bar, not too busy with panoramic views and reasonably priced drinks.

Room so small could barely walk around bed and no mirror in room or adequate space for 2 persons luggage. Case had to left on floor opened.. People reserving sunbeds then disappearing for the day not managed by hotel although clearly states on check info towels will be removed. Could also hear next door flushing the loo, so walls thin.

Room was large, bathroom roomy, lovely balcony,excellent air conditioning. The breakfast options were vast, whether you wanted hot or cold food, drink options were good,as for location,right on beach in the middle of the town.pool was very tidy,only issue people were leaving their stuff on beds when they went somewhere

Everything. Great location - didn’t need a rental car. - tram into Soller town also with transfer to Palma on old style trains. Great view on the water front. Great rooms. Hotel recently renovated. Great staff. Great breakfast included. Great rooftop bar with food and view. Within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants…. Highly recommend this property - we loved it not to mention Port de Soller is a beautiful, quaint port…

Hard to get a place at the pool

Excellent hotel located on the port within walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is really modern, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Our balcony overlooked the port which was amazing. The hotel also has a rooftop bar that has amazing views at night to grab a cocktail. Highly recommend

Nothing bad to say. We hired a car and there is no parking on site, however the staff at reception are really helpful and directed us to free parking that is 5 minutes from the hotel.

View from room was fantastic. Parking arrangement worked very well - staff was very helpful. Room was newly renovated and was nice and modern. Breakfast was great with big variety. Location of hotel near the city center and the water was really great. Best location in Port de Soller

Bathroom had not been renovated - stille with bathtub and no separate shower cubicle. This is not at the level of a 4-star hotel. Fitness room had good size but almost no exercise equipment. Frustrating and not worthy for a 4-star hotel. Staff in restaurant was not unpolite but also not service minded. I did not meet any smiles or personal involvement in the guests from the staff. We had an incident of "sever sewer smell" in our room/bathroom on the last day of our stay. Front desk staff were very involved and acknowledged the problem, but unable to solve it. Smell disappeared by itself during the day.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a family with adult kids. Breakfasts were great, awesome location with cafes, bars and shops right outside. Pool area was lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar! Just stunning!

Probably the only thing we could moan about is the wifi kept dropping out which was hard when my husband had work to do. Maybe could do with a few more sun loungers around pool.
