Some of the staff members were not very nice. It was prohibited to drink from your own bottle at the pool - not even water, which we found ridiculous. The staff did not have information about allergens contained in the food at breakfast.

Nice basic clean rooms, comfortable sleep on a firm bed. I liked how the staff were always humming and singing during breakfast, happy staff makes for an enjoyable stay. The pool was refreshing and cold a nice break from the warm ocean. WiFi didn’t really work in my room but that’s not why I’m on vacation. it worked just fine around the pool. I like how everyone has their own little bungalow and there are plenty of trees and plants and flowers all around. It was also very close to the bus stop for easy day trips. Breakfast was really good, lots of fruits and vegetables and something warm and different each day.

A refrigerator in the room would be nice but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Beautiful surroundings, quiet air con. Location was fabulous, very close to all amenities The breakfast staff were very friendly & helpful. The owners go out of their way to assist their guests.

Fantastic place. One of the staff members at the bar in the evening was very brash and rude. Cross questioned me extremely loudly in front of other guests as to what time I was leaving & told my husband off for entering the pool with a splash, even though he used the steps. When spoke to other guests they also said she was over zealous to scold people for not following her militant rules, when a polite reminder would suffice.

Cozy small hotel in a beautiful garden just near the bus stop and 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade. Breakfast is really good. Everything is perfect, especially the price) If you need something cheap but precious - it is it ) I love it and would gladly return again.

There is no air-conditioning in the houses, only fan. So it is extremely hot inside in summer. For me it wasn't a big problem, because I don't like air-conditioning and temperature changes. But! There is no mini bar or fridge, so you can't keep your water or fruits cold. There is a bar at the territory, so you can buy cold drinks there or in the supermarket in the city.

Peaceful tranquil setting surrounded by nature with pool and poolside bar. Great location 5 minute walk from bus stops, 10-15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Extensive breakfast buffet included. Personable pleasant happy staff. Price is very reasonable relative to other highly-priced properties in Port de Soller. I loved my stay!

Cabins are basic and dated. Internet only works in common areas, not inside the rooms. However, good value at a reasonable price for an enjoyable stay.

The property is so close to the bus stop & very easy to find. It's located a little further back from the main strip & is perfectly quiet at night, so lovely for a sound night's sleep. The property is immaculately maintained & always clean. The pool is absolutely fabulous, pristinely looked after. Breakfast & the dining room run very smoothly & there's more than enough on offer for anyone. Each individual cabin is equipped with a clothes rack & clothes pegs for drying clothes - a great feature that goes very far for travellers. I also love the fact that the cabins are cleaned daily

Very good value, clean and service was good. Pool was well maintained and peaceful. Breakfast was fine but a bit hit and miss - bread ran out, omelette was good scrambled egg not! But for the money a fair choice. Location excellent. Rooms were very clean.

Better lighting in rooms would have been good and the shower was a bit wonky but nothing to complain about.

The property is in a really great location, only 10min walk down to the main port area. The pool is lovely and the staff were really nice, breakfast was also pretty good with a good selection of things on offer!

Inside the bungalow was very warm during the day, there are fans in the room but no ac units. It was still very comfortable during the night but hot during the day.

The place has a retro feeling but the bungalows are equipped with modern ensuit bathrooms. There is no aircondition but as I've been there in October, I didn't even need to use the ceiling fan. The staff is very kind and helpful. I could borrow a hair dryer any time I needed. Every bungalows have a little patio with chairs and table, and a foldable laundry rack. The breakfast is delicious with a wide range of selection, continental, eggs, fruits, cereals, sweets, and various bread and pastries. Thanks for the welcome drink :) I wish I could've stayed longer. My favourite of the 4 accomodations I used in Mallorca <3

A fridge would be nice but again, the place is stated as a 1 star accomodation and offered so much more so no complaints. (Reading other reviews, I brought mosquito repellent and that was useful. No mosquito nets on the windows.)

Staff were friendly both of them: cleaners and restaurant staff. The breakfast was super good. The big lady who attend the bar has improved her customer service, now she is more emphatic. The mother and her son are lovely the owners of the property are very good and friendly. welcome back. For the price and for being 1 start bungalow is very nice. I definitely back in March.
