We had a really spacious sea view room, very clean, on the 7th floor, great view, extremely comfortable beds and a small minibar. Breakfast was of wide choice. Communication was great before arrival. It was really good price - value, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived very late (23:45) and we managed to get the room we booked for the third time and it took like half an hour. The first room was not sea view (what we booked, the receptionist was stating that booking.com made a mistake, but he mixed up our booking with another person's booking), the second room was only for 2 persons (we booked for 3), then we got the correct keys for our seaview room, but the receptionist forgot to mention it is in another building, so we had another turn :(. It is in the busy part of Salou and also a bit noisy with the many guests, so if you look for something quiet, it might not be the place for you.

The hotel is very close to the beach, not the central one, but I liked this one even better. There are long and pretty steep stairs though. It was ok for me, kept in form ) The centre of the city is not far. The meals are really great. The house keeping works very good. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every day. The view from our 6th floor was splendid. We asked for a kettle and it was given for free. The hotel really deserves 4 stars.

Lovely hotel with brilliant facilities for kids. It was very clean and lots of choice at breakfast. Pool area lovely, room was spacious and terrace was nice with a clothes horse on the wall.

Our aircon stopped working on the last evening, it was very warm in the room. Maintenence was called but he couldn't fix the problem. Hotel offered us a fan which was good but still our child found it hard to sleep with the heat on the last night. Hotel is up a hill, we didn't mind but could be problematic for older generation.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good, various breakfast. Very good location, we liked the nearest small beach of all. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the center but far from the noise. Good value for money. Alltogether we reccomend it

The elevators are too small for the size of the hotel and their operation is illogical, even there was a technical issue with one of them. The room had a constant noise because of the air conditioner. Although there is a large choice at dinner, there are only a few vegetarian dishes (we are not vegetarians, we just like to eat various) and after a week, all the main courses taste the same.

The balcony and the view from the room over the Mediterranean was great. Very nice and comfortable room. Very well located hotel.

Breakfast was ok, not dazzling. We pre-booked a late check out but the reception staff kept rotating and apparently they didn't know the late check out procedure so we were treated twice as if we were squatting in the room without paying. :_(

The hotel is clean and spacious with lots of chill out areas and facilities for both young children and teenagers. The food was plentiful and varied. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower and nicely finished. Overall a very good stay and experience. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with plenty of staff on duty at the bar, especially in the evening.

The restaurant was very noisy and the staff at times stressed! The noise from clearing away plated and cutlery was at times overwhelming and not a relaxing/pleasant dining experience. All drinks including water had to be purchased at dinner.

CLEANING STAFF CAME IN TO ROOM EVERY DAY.FRESH TOWELS. I LKED THE DIFFERENT AREAS WHERE U COULD SIT AROUND THE POOL N IN THE SHADED AREA. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD , THE PLACE WAS VERY BUSY AND STAFF WERE GREAT . RECEPTION VERY HELPFUL.

I DIDNT FIND THE AIR CON IN OUR ROOM WAS ENOUGH FOR THE HEAT AT THIS TIME OF YEAR.

The hotel is great, clean rooms, not so far from the center - 15min walk, 2 beaches near the hotel, the food in the lobby bar was good, the staff was super kind. We had a breakfast included that was fantastic - a lot of choice, good coffee and everything was fresh and delicious. The best thing was that the breakfast is until 10:15h so we could sleep a bit more and still have a breakfast, thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

Not enough variety of food and average quality. The dishes are not clean enough.

We had a double room with a sea view-it was amazing. Breakfasts were delicious and there were variety of food. We arrived earlier (around 12 pm)- there was no problem and we were checked in immediately

Maybe walls are bit thin , you could hear a neighbor’s sneeze😅
