Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with a large balcony and sunbeds. The hotel is close to the pedestrian zone and the bus station. It was quiet during the night. We had full board. The food was good with an excellent coffee.

Poor wifi. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. The toilet bowl was not the cleanest. Only one elevator in the second building. The plates in the restaurant during the meals were not very clean.

Responsive and kind staff, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, cozy rooms with a large terrace, large beds with comfortable pillows

Due to the fact that the hotel has a large flow of people, something often breaks in the room (our door to the restroom flew off its hinges). There were hairs of past guests on the floor in the bathroom and a dirty mirror on the wall. The hotel saves on air conditioners in the corridors

The rooms are very spacious and lovely clean hotel. Our balcony was on the bottom floor so could come straight out our room to the pool which is a decent size. Enough sunbeds with bar with a bar which had a range of food and drinks.

There was anything I dint like.

The location and everything about it the cleaner came in every day to clean the room

Constant problems with grill in canteen - one day there was a guy who never worked on grill before and another day they've put the guy who normally cuts fruits behind the grill.

coffee in restaurant is really terrible you have to do something you can only have coffee in bar but in restaurant it’s disgusting. and other things was issue with hotel room cards they stoped working to often and beds are also disaster I think cheapest bed in IKEA will be more comfortable then what u use for your guest

We loved the good service, all inclusive bar and lunch/drinking choices. The price quality ratio was excellent.

Quality of food could be better and responsivness via booking messaging and phone (did not receive a reply although reached out in advance).

rooms very clean and tidy. breakfast was very good. excellent choice for evening meals. location was superb

the pools were very nice but no one was enforcing the rules they are not the biggest pools but when you have kids and adults diving in and doing all you shouldn’t was un pleasant at times people smoking round the pool the jacuzzi pool was brilliant but again kids were treating it like a swimming pool. only mentioning surprised someone didn’t get hurt
