We stayed in July / August 2023 and booked a superior family room for two adults and two children aged 11 and 9. The size of the room was fine and the beds were comfortable and cleaned daily. Fresh towels were provided daily if required and after 5 days we stripped all beds and new sheets and duvet/ pillow covers were provided. Storage space for clothing was a little bit lacking. We made do and it wasn't a deal breaker but a little more was needed really. Our bathroom was massive, huge bath with a shower over it, as well as a wet room style separate shower. Dove shower gels and shampoos were provided which smelt nice. Our room was on the third floor of the main building and faced the road with a pine forest behind it. Wasn't a particularly nice view but we weren't expecting herds of wildebeest dancing majestically over the serengeti. It got the sunshine in the morning but not the afternoon. The alternative view would have been a balcony overlooking the pool. The advantage of this would have been lovely sunshine in the afternoon, the downside would have been the loud music / entertainment all day and evening - your subjective choice. As a meat eater I was happy with the selection of food, plenty of meat / fish / cheese / salads / breads. If you've stayed all inclusive before then the deserts were typical little cakes, custards etc but self service ice cream machines were popular with my girls! My wife, however, who doesn't eat meat or fish struggled and this is one area where the hotel could easily improve. Each lunch and evening meal there are easily 8 meat or fish dishes but rarely vegetarian, so it would be so simple just to make a couple of dishes vege. They would make some nice salads but then add meat or tuna when it was not necessary. So improvements needed food wise for veggies. The pool? Well it depends on what type of person and what type of holiday you are after.

The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. Great facilities, lots of swimming pools, and a great bar space. There was entertainment every night and some games by the pool during the day. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced which was great! There’s also a small gift shop down at reception that has a great variety of trinkets and super cheap too!

We had one bad encounter with the lunch offering on one day, the chicken I was served was raw, so this deterred us from eating in the hotel for most of our stay which was unfortunate because we had paid for half board. We ate dinner again on one night towards the end of our stay and it totally redeemed itself! There was a huge variety of food on offer so you were guaranteed to find something you liked. The desert table was absolutely incredible too, what a spread!

Perfect location for a family. Lovely sized rooms we booked a family suite. The pool and activities were fantastic for young kids. There was 3 pools so you had a great choice of seats and areas to sit, there was a quiter pool at our time off visit so it was nice for kids. The pools were maintained by lifeguards daily. We went with half board and it was lovely and suitable for what we wanted. The hotel is only a walk around the corner from the main hustle and bustle but distanced far enough to enjoy the quietness.

To be honest there isn't a bad thing I could say, hotel is a little dated but to be fair it is well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Rooms were spacious, beds were so comfy!!!swimming pool area was lovely and clean. Food was basic, plenty on offer, never went hungry. Entertainment was good fun at night, myself and my friend attended the entertainment most nights. The staff were overall lovely and helpful. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Balcony furniture was a tad outdated but was fine.

Staff friendly and helpful, will do anything for you. Entertainment team are fab and we really did enjoy all of the shows, the Michael Jackson show in particular was fantastic. Rooms slightly small but very clean and had no issues leaving everything out while cleaners were in and out, with nothing out of place. Hotel safe and secure, with regular security patrols. Food pretty decent for a hotel, lots of choice. Curry night in particular was great.

Pool area could do with a sweep/clean at night, and the pool bar queue did seem to get pretty long/busy.

Hotel location was great and just a 10 min drive from Portaventura World. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help with any requests. There was a lot of facilities and 3 pools so it never seemed over crowded outside.

Meal times were a bit hectic and far busier than we are used to so we often ate on the terrace where you didnt need to stick to an alloted time. We put the sign on the door for the days we wished for the room to be cleaned and although they did a good job of tidying, mopping and cleaning our sheets weren't changed once in 7 days which to us seemed a long time. We also needed an iron on occassion but there was never one available so maybe the rental system needs tweaking or they just need more irons.

The location was just perfect. The rooms were exactly like on the pictures and they were so so clean (the cleaners made sure the rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed, they were also the friendliest staff in the whole hotel), we were all inclusive and the food was amazing and so were the staff inside. Lifeguards were brilliant to mind children so we felt very safe when our 7 year old was inside the pool. We enjoyed the events happening in the evenings for children and adults ! The money we paid for this hotel was definitely worth it and we will definitely come back next summer!!!!

There was nothing not to like in this hotel it was just amazing!

Check in and out was easy and the staff were very helpful. The pool bar was cheap and staff there were also great. The pool was deep and good for jumping in. The room was lovely, very bright and modern. The beds were comfy the shower was big and had good power. The air-con was easy to use and worked really well which is very important.We dont have any kids but could see the entertainment for families seemed good.

More beds around the pool area, a later check out would have been better as 10.30am is very early or a shower room for after you check out as our flight wasn't until 22.30pm.

Great value for money, plenty to do with kids. Wasn’t sure what to expect travelling in April but it was amazing. Entertainment every night and kids club. Although we didn’t use the kids club it was offered and on twice a day. Will definitely be back again!
