The location and the pool. All inclusive was fantastic, food excellent.

We as a family didn't like the volume of music when the animation team were on during the day. Why was it necessary to be so loud?

This has been the friendliest hotel I have ever been too. Every member of staff was helpful and fun. The hotel was super clean. Food was great. Bar staff were so fun. Thank you Dave and team. We saw the hotel manager gently checking things most days which was a first for me. I think happy team happy customers.

We were on holiday in Spain so I get it, but they did not translate into English on the evening entertainment so we danced along but had no idea what was actually said.

Very clean, great staff, good location

It’s not really a dislike as such, all I would say is, there should be more food and drinks that’s should be free for the all inclusive at the snack bar, although the options where ok, needs to be more. Also, there needs to be a clear menu for drinks and food that is available for the all inclusive.

The décor the hotel have is very modern and inviting. The room is big enough (for 2 people) and the shower is great. The self-service beer, sangria and soft drinks are a great idea for the pool bar. The restaurant has plenty of choice for all meals.

The pool could have been cleaner. The evening entertainment could be better. The balcony lights turn off ~10pm, which is around the same time the entertainment starts leaving you sitting in the dark. Glasses should be available in the evening next to the self-service area rather than plastic / paper cups. Leaving guests to set up sun loungers leads to a cluttered and poorly laid out pool area.

Firstly from reading some reviews I was a dubious about the hotel but as far as I was concerned there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Always plenty of food that I would eat and I am fussy, all the staff were very pleasant. Location was excellent only a few mins walk to the main strip Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing really although quite alot of kids football teams use this hotel but not an issue.

The value for money is incredible for what we paid. Nice range of food and location was perfect. Staff were excellent and helpful - especially David on the bar who is a legend.

Might sound picky but a few sauces for salads and food as mostly quite dry meal choices.

Staff all very friendly particularly at reception. The hotel was kept clean and tidy and rooms cleaned and tidied with fresh towels every day The hotel had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Nice breakfast plenty to choose from and always a table set ready and waiting Not having to set an alarm to get up to save a sunbed was great everybody had breakfast at congregated around reception for pool access to open at 10am

we booked one room for 3 people which had 2 double beds in so not a lot of room but other than that nothing to complain about.

location

AC only works from the 15th of June. it is already hot around 10-11 pm to fall asleep. we had to leave the window opened and the amount of mosquitoes were incredible. we couldn’t sleep for two days. my partner had 6 bites only on the back. the half of the food options are unhealthy.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and the pool area great. It was excellent value for money and an excellent location for beach, shops, bars and cafes. I would definitely recommend this property.

The only drawback for us was that there was no kettle in the room and no way of getting a cup of tea or coffee outside of the bar opening times.

Second year visiting this hotel, and as a big group it’s perfect. 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, bars etc. The rooms are a good size and the food is always fresh and varied. We love the entertainment which this year was provided by Alejandro and Nerea. We will be back next year 😊
