The breakfast was lovely - would definitely reccomened the pancakes. Pool bar was open till late enough and many people sat outside at night to enjoy drinks. They had a nice pool with many lounge chairs. Location!! The hotel was a walk away from the centre of salou and close to a lovely irish restaurant ‘the Guinness tavern’. And was also close to a class irish pub ‘Danny boy’ which had music every night and was always packed. There was a bus that went from Barcelona el prat airport straight to salou and it dropped us off right outside the door. It also picked us up outside the door aswell for the way home. There was a nice games room with couches for everyone which overlooked the pool outside. The hotel is also very modern and looks expensive.

The breakfast options were the same everyday. We could not find the time we had to check out by on our booking information or the leaflets we got, so we ended up getting locked out of our room as we were suppose to be gone from it. The hotel also does not overlook the sea so would not suit if that’s the view you want!

Good breakfast and pleasantly surprising wide range of dinner dishes. Comfortable mattress.

Unpleasant smell from drain in bathroom. Most annoying aspect of stay was staff's complete lack of control over use of sun loungers as there were never any available even though over half of them were free!! - people put towels on them and then leave them unoccupied for hours. Doesn't help that there are zero signs prohibiting guests from doing so like in other hotels- very unpleasant to witness guests fighting due to this!!!

The room was well maintained. It was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday and bedding changed every other day. We was half board. Breakfast was good, with a great choice. We ate in the restaurant for dinner every other night and there was plenty of food and choices. The food was constantly replenished and always hot. There was theme nights every night at dinner, which included Mexican, Indian, Spanish. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing, everything was as we expected

Room was super nice, loved the room service. Food was perfect, big variety of everything. Location is fine, even if it's pretty far from city centre, it's still very close to a lot of nice places and very close to an amazing Capellans beach.

One of the receptionists wasn't very nice and wasn't helpful at all when I asked her where could I find a doctor in Salou.

The location is brilliant with great staff all around and entertainment was great with everything for someone, food was good too and bar snacks was the best part while enjoying a lovely pool. Rooms was brilliant. Ideal for a couple as rooms are a bit tight for family. Rooms come with a fridge but you can hire a kettle and iron from reception.

Just the hotel across road a bit dirty and can be loud but rooms facing pools are lovely.

Location was brilliant. Pool was great as there was no rush for sun beds in the morning as no reserving was allowed. Breakfast had a great variety of choice.

Bar seemed short staffed at times and the queue was poorly managed with all inclusive guests taking priority and skipping. Had a cigarette burn in our bed sheet. Rooms slightly smaller than in pictures.

Difficult to rate fully, as covid has hit salou hard. The room was excellent and so was the buffet style breakfast.

A good walk away from the main town, but no problem for us. Might be a bit far for disabled, elderly etc.

The room, staff and pool areas we're amazing! The breakfast was so fantastic. Location is also great close to beach,shops and bus stops

Nothing at all, perfect couple get away!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Buffet was nice and they offerered lunch bags if were going out for the day and were going to miss lunch. Good location, bus stop to Port Aventura nearby.

The sliding bathroom door was not ideal if you weren't a couple as you could clearly see in when someone is sat on the toilet!

This was a surprisingly nice hotel with nice big beds and a spacious clean room, breakfast was good and staff were friendly and accomodating and the bathroom is nice and bright with great mirrors that dont steam up....

Very rude Spanish girl at the pool deliberatly playing her music ( and not good music) very loud at the pool annoying other guests and no staff told her to turn it off. It was clear she was doing it purposely and she also embarrased herself as everyone was laughing at her poor singing. Pool staff should have sorted this.
