Welcoming and helpful staff, Argi & Daniel reception especially & all others, plus Fanny, Jordi & big thanks to Maria lunch chef for wonderful & exceptional service. We took the Bus Plana from Barcelona & bus dropped us at hotel. Return via same bus walk is less 5 minutes to Placa europe. Food options extensive, Clean. I was hesitant to book this hotel but so glad I did. The price was reasonable for the port ventura tickets however we upgraded to fully inclusive as we booked half board. The shuttle bus runs 3 times in morning however if u finish earlier, you have option to walk back or wait till 6h30, we walked back & got a little lost but it's fine. 2nd day we walked back to Ferrari land as it opens at 5pm. It was quick 15 minutes more or less & returned with shuttle bus. Although we are not spanish Speaking, it was an excellent stay. We also walked to the beach front via the park there's shops, restaurants, like 5 minutes away. Take note of landmarks and road names to make it easier. Cleaning staff is friendly.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The food was lovely. A great selection and different everyday. All inclusive drinks were great. Perfect location. Close to the main strip but far enough away for some peace and quiet. In places like this you get what you pay for and for what you pay for this hotel, the service and quality is excellent. We went off peak and I felt like the reception and bar at times were under staffed. It wasn't a major issue for us but I could imagine during high season it could be a problem

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and kind and made the hotel for us. The facilities were good and we loved the VRX Game - highly recommended. The pool was a great size but quite cold due to bad weather before. The walk from the hotel to local shops is very close. Mi Alcampo or Michaelangelo are the local supermarkets - charges for cold water. Although the hotel has a machine to fill up your water. The walk to Port Aventura was 20-25 minutes. Better option rather than waiting for the transfer which has limited times, especially if you have full board.

We don't drink alcohol nor fizzy drinks and so the lack of soft drink options or iced tea was a pain...we had water or tea/coffee/chocolate as our only option. In the restaurants not all of the foods had labels and so you didn't know what it was unless you asked the staff (which we did). It wasn't made clear what was included as far as drinks for the all inclusive - a poster would be useful on the bar...found out that slush puppies were available on our last night. Very noisy outside at night and we had a side street view. People had decided to camp out on the grass all night waiting for their taxi/transfer, etc. and were not the quietest. No kettle in the room. Had to request a hairdryer as it wasn't there initially.

Lovely modern hotel right in the middle of salou but quiet enough not to be disturbed. Great restaurant, staff were lovely room good size with A/C and really comfy bed and pillows. Looks exactly like the photos

Coffee machine or soft drink machine for self service pool side before the bar opened would be good, as if you were on 8am breakfast slot it was a long time to wait for a drink

Lovely clean hotel, helpful. And friendly staff. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. There's a free bus to the theme park. Its only 5 minutes walk from supermarket and beach., there's plenty of restaurants and shops. It's in a great location and it only cost is 30 euros (4ppl) to get to the airport. We didn't watch the evening entertainment so can not comment

I would have liked a kettle in the room Air con was abit weak in our room. It felt like it was blowing warm air but luckily we didn't need it as weather was perfect

Special tanks to the Chefs(everything perfect), Naty with perfect restaurant organización,with Rodica at the bar /restaurant , with Hayat for cleaning our room and last with Kseniia at the Recepțion.l spent a wonderful vacation.

When we arrived we was early for check in but aloud to use facilities. Kids loved the pool and all food options. We upgraded to all inclusive which was amazing value . We will be back again soon . Staff were amazing and very efficient and friendly. Also kids loved the tickets included to portaventura world.

The only part was having to book time slots for our evening meal. This was hard if you had day out booked. But was flexible one day when we were at park late.

Excellent location, close to the beach, free transfer to PortAventura. WiFi working at all times. Friendly staff, clean, lots of food options, especially for dinner.

Meal bookings are required based on allocated time slots, can make you feel always in a rush for breakfast, dinner.. You can change allocated slots only based on availability.

We just booked in for b&b, and breakfast was lovely, plenty of selection each morning and food always fresh whether you were first or last down. Location great only 5 min walk from strip, 10mins from beach. Also free shuttle bus to portadventura if going there any of the days. Had a great holiday.

No baby changing facilities in the public toilet areas which was a bit inconvenient for me with a 4 month old.

This lovely Portaventure themed hotel is situated 1000 meters from Portaventure and Ferrari Land theme Park. The Beds were very cosy and the adjoining family room was just perfect for our family mid-term break. The Hearty Breakfast was very plentiful and welcoming each morning, the Bar was clean and open and the main reception area foyer had plenty chairs to rest tired bones
