It had everything for kids to keep them entertained. The lazer tag was brilliant..

The food wasn't the best very basic and was very hard to find something we enjoyed eating.. when I was leaving the hotel I noticed all bugs behind the lockers in my room. The bathrooms are reception could of been cleaned more

The entertainment and the hotel had a lot for the kids to do. Definitely family orientated you wouldn't really need to leave the hotel.. the heated pool was great for smaller kids if they found the outdoor pool too cold. Lazer tag room was great and the kids loved it.. the night time entertainment was good but they could of done some in English for the English speaking kids.. overall the hotel was great value for money and the hotel was clean.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel if your going to enjoy your food, as the food wasnt great and very basic.. wifi didn't work in the room. the ques at reception were very bad they could do with more reception staff.. the hotel is very busy on weekends with tours etc so you will be queing for the dining room if your not down early... when living I had pulled away the locker to make sure nothing fell down behind it and noticed little bugs behind it so check for them in your room when you arrive..

There are free activities inside the hotel for the kids and for the adults too. Most staff members are friendly, but it was hard to talk to some as some were having difficulties speaking in english. However, there were staff members who were very good at speaking in English.

The walls are quite thin, and we can hear the conversations of the other people in the room beside us at 12 am. It is hard to sleep with the noise. Then, there were hundreds of students who checked in and were partying everywhere at late hours. THEN,, I had money placed in their bracelet to enjoy the 5% discount but when I was trying to withdraw it, my momey was gone and I had no time to retrieve it as I had to run to the bus stop to get to my flight. I was just under the impression that there would be no problem with it. The heated pool indoors were also still cold and not worth it. Mind you, you still have to pay extra for that. The showers before going in in the pool are cold, and they have no towels or lockers for your items. We didn't last an hour because it was too cold.

We were a family of four. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. The pool area was spacious we spent the whole day by the pool and did not get bored. The water slides were great. There was children’s entertainment in the afternoon and evening and popular music throughout. We only had bed and breakfast. But again as a family who does not eat pork there was still a lot we could eat and there was a variety of drinks available. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return to it again. Also it was in a good location, a lot of places to eat even with young children. There were menus in English as well which really helped.

The wi-fi did not work in our room

EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH: STAFF: The staff was very helpful starting, from check-in to guidance for sight seeing, to facilities very helpful at every step. FACILITIES: Water slides, Pool, games for kids, music in the evening, activities for children were all great. FOOD: Great options for Breakfast and Dinner with changing menu, providing great choices (fruits, vegetables, non veg, veg , snacks, desserts, drinks). POOL: Very well managed, monitored, neat and tidy with special care for small kids on slides. LOCATION: Walkable from the beach and the shops nearby, easily accessible from the bus stops etc. We travelled with a 9 year old who is absolutely in love with the place and wants to come back every year now. We stayed for 3 days and regretted because we should have stayed longer , we even got a bigger room with a pool view and absolutely loved every aspect of our stay.

WiFi coverage definitely needs improvement, almost no network in the rooms.

Absolutely fantastic value. I couldnt get a Premier Inn at home for the money I paid. Dinner, Bead and Breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights, food was good, varied and lots to choose from. Pool, in end of May was not too busy, lots of sunbeds available. One of the pools uses a saline system so tastes a bit salty. All pools were really clean. A bit cold, but I appreciate its the start of the season. Room has had a re-fit. Fridge was a bonus, as was a usb port for charging. We moved on to meet another group at a 4* down the road and actually preferred the room in Jamie I. Excellent value.

Nothing really. The mini gold is a bit naff, you are playing off concrete and it bounces out of the course a lot. Only other gripe was check in was a bit long.

Second time at Jaime I, amazing for family’s. Rooms are nice and clean after refurbishment. Our room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. Amazing entertainment during day and evening as well. Big playground for kids, good location. Close to Salou city centre, sea. Splash park amazing for kids, plenty of sun beds. Food is good, different and you always have choice. Fruits, deserts, ice cream. Perfect hotel for family’s. Definitely we will come again.

Air conditioning wasn’t working good, sometimes bit noisy at night times.

The childrens facilities, splash park play park games room , soft play were the selling point Good value for money Very clean Tip - play the gambler machine in the bar you will be pleasantly surprised 😲

The ques for food and elevators were ridiculous! Dinner does not start till 7.30 and childrens entertainment untill 9 which I found quite late for a young family The rooms are very small with two double beds pushed together and just a few inches either side to move around. Only 2 chairs on the balcony for a family of 4 No inflatables allowed in the pool Not allowed to move sunbeds to face the sun etc , they have all got to stay in formation or the lifeguard will tell you off If it’s raining there’s an indoor pool but no lifeguard- one day we were there the heavens oped do we used the indoor pool with no lifeguard while 3 lifeguards sat outside all day looking at empty pools If half board you can’t take lunch instead of dinner

Everything about the hotel suited our family perfect, the pools, the on site water slides, foam parties, dancing in the pool, inflatables, the entertainment staff were very good with the kids. we didn't have chance to do everything that was on offer. The location was ideal 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to the theme park. The food choice was vast, from breakfast, dinner, lunch and snacks, we were all inclusive, it was worth paying the extra money. The hotel was very busy with family's and young children ( this may not be for everyone) but as a family hotel we thought it was excellent.
