Excelent breakfast selection. Constant food flow. Staff very attentive collecting empty plates etc. I would recommend to everyone to go before 9:00a.m to avoid q's. We got dinner one of the nights and it was delicious. We paid €36 for 2 people including wine & water. Excellent price-value. Soft drinks were extra but very affordable. Lovely cocktails and activities.

Great dinner, the variety of food was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. good location - not far from the sea side, but also fairly quite (away from the main party streets).

Breakfasts were always the same with focus on bacon, beans, but no greens. More options would be great. Room aircon has no temperature setting, was always cold, which could get our baby cold. Internet was unstable, had to reregister couple of times to get access.

,Location is good, about a 5 minute walk to shops , 20 minute walk to beach. Use the hotel rear entrance as it easier but nobody tells you about it . Food is of high standard, lots of choice and variety. Rooms are cleaned everyday and air con is really good. Fridge in room , not a minibar.

Reception staff can be very abrupt , no information about hotel or facilities on arrival,there a qr code you can scan in the hotel room . Bar staff are rude and rarely crack a smile as if they're put out by you asking for drinks Bottled water not given as in some all inclusives If you want a sun lounger make sure youre up at 4am to put your towel down or you won't get one

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and work really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. It was so clean - could not fault the pool areas/restaurant or our room. Didn’t have to get up early for a sunbed which was a bonus! Lifeguards were at the pool areas all day. We had booked for b and b but when we got there and realised how nice the food was we changed to half board for an extra. £12 per day. You can also rent towels which is great. We went to PortAventura during our stay and we could walk there in just over 20 minutes. Very convenient. I also used the gym whilst there. Lots of exercise machines. Top tips: if you like water bring a water bottle as you can fill it up for free at the filtered water fountain. If you like a large cup of tea in the morning bring your own mug as there is only small cups in the room and restaurant. Don’t waste luggage weight bringing your own towel - hire them for a refundable deposit.

My only negative about the whole trip was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It is not the hotels fault but you can hear lots of noise from your neighbours. The hotel staff would happily sort this out for you at reception if needed. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs!

Nice room with good balcony. Great selection at meal times. Good entertainment and very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, just a 5 minute walk from the main thoroughfare and beach. I would definitely recommend.

Just a small criticism (especially as there was a heated indoor swimming pool) but the outdoor pools were freezing (in April).

Majority of staff were lovely, from reception, to dining room to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was great with plenty of selection. Lunch and dinner were nice too. Rooftop pool was nice and quiet. Room was lovely and spacious and very clean. Bike hire was great and very convenient.

90% of the staff were great - however, one member of staff shouted at me in the restaurant because I took a napkin from a table (there was none on mine and nobody to ask for one). She came running over shouting and took it from me . . . Totally unnecessary and rude.

Nice Hotel in good location, approximately 8-10 min walk from Main Strip which wasn't busy when we were there. We only included the Breakfast which was good with decent variety. Room generally clean and tidy with a good pool view (extra £), staff friendly, excellent pools (5 of them) with ample sun beds and space. Hotel accommodated 2 rooms adjacent so we could look out for teenagers.

Bar prices seemed inconsistent, staff friendly enough and gave typical larger than normal measures of wine and spirits (typical Spain) this came with a wink and a smile but unfortunately a large bill, 20 euros for 2 large glasses of wine??, would be nice that they advise on the charges before thinking they're doing you a favour. Food from the pool lunchtime restaurant was very average.

The hotel really deserves a firm 4*, everything was fine, starting from reception staff, especially Ms. Roser and her colleague who accommodated us, they did their best checking us in the morning at 8:00, not waiting till 14:00, and gave us amazing rooms with a beautiful view. The rooms were above our expectations, in the new building, spacious, with a big terrace. We liked that there are several pools, may be 4-5, so that everyone can have a space. Breakfasts and Dinners were beyond any compliments, the choice of fresh and tasty seasonal fruit, vegetables, meat, pastry. Desserts were also delicious. The food and beverage managers Mr.Toni and Mr.Javier and Ms.Mayca were really friendly and accommodating. Mr.Stefan cooks the best omelette ever without any exaggeration. We noticed that the staff mentioned above do their jobs with devotion. The concerts every evening are so cosy, and kids club was amazing with different fun programs for the kids. We liked the territory of the hotel and its location, close to the centre, beach but in a peaceful location. We want to come again to this hotel.
