We really enjoy our stay at Pierre & Vacances! Very spacious and nice place and great for children. The swimming pool was clean and the temperature of the water was good. We could enjoy our one week holiday. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we've had. The location was good. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and there were a lot of restaurants and supermarkets close-by.

The only thing it disturb us a bit was that we could hear our neighbours. A lot of times it seemed like they were even in our room. It seemed like we've had no noise isolation. Luckily most of the them respected the time and didn't keep going with loud music after 10pm. We did see people using the swimming pool after 8pm, which wasn't allowed, however there was no check being done. One tip for the hotel would be to keep young people together in a building, and families in another building and elderly people in another building. These 3 groups have a different lifestyle most of the time and keeping them together in a building will make their holiday less enjoyable due to noise complaints.

The apartment was very big - but I think it was upgraded free of charge because of my genius status with booking com, not sure... The rooms were spacious, the beds - comfortable. A huge terrace to have your morning coffee. There was a dishwasher which was handy. There was enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of free parking on the street (in low season). A good nice walk to Port Aventura or to the town center.

The hairdryer didn't work - but they swiftly provided us with a new one the next day when we told them about the issue. There was no toaster in the kitchen. The area where the hotel is looks abandoned in the winter; almost no one could be seen on the streets, we managed to find only one cafe/bar/restaurant in the area to eat upon arrival even though it was mid-day.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The pool was nice. Location was good and we walked to the beach and to restaurants etc. we had a car for exploring further afield luckily as Salou wasn’t our cup of tea!

Parking could have been free considering the price we paid for the apartment. There also could be more sun beds around the pool considering there were only 12 between 4 or 5 blocks of apartments. It also would have been beneficial to have been given key codes to get in before arrival as the bell and telephone weren’t answered and we were sat in our car outside trying to get in!

Comfortable and good-sized apartment. Great pool and nice terrace. One terrace to sit and eat, another by the kitchen to dry your clothes. The entire property included pools is very clean throughout. Unbeatable value (cheapest in Salou for a 2-bedroom) although no frills, but for a short stay it is perfect. Unfortunately it wasn't the perfect location for us as nicer restaurants were about 1.5 Kms away. The upside of this is that it's very quiet and peaceful. It's still very close to the beach.

A bit far from better restaurants. They put a hold on your card for a cleaning fee, yet provide you with a cleaning kit to clean the kitchen properly or they deduct from your deposit. One of the beds was very creaky. There is a parking fee.

Good facilities not far from the beach and centre. Quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful guiding us on the attractions nearby and how to move around Salou

There was a slight smell of cigarette in one of the apartments. Maybe the last tenant smoked. This is not the fault of the property, but it’s the only thing I can complain about. I’m sure that if we complained we would have received another apartment.

The pool was beautiful: clean and very easy to access. Never too busy. Lovely big apartment and very clean. Very secure with door code at entrance, fob to apartment block and then door key.

There was a playground on site which we were excited to try with our toddler but when we found it, it didn’t have what was stated on the picture / description and was very lacking.

Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. Great place generally. Perfect for either a short or a long stay in Salou.

The reception closes quite early, and it took us almost half an hour to find the place and follow all the instructions to receive the keys and then find our way to the correct apartment. And it was only because I read about a similar situation in the reviews that I made a separate inquiry to receive these instructions from the host. Otherwise, we would have been left facing a closed reception door, I suppose.

We booked a spacious room & my god it was well big enough , not far from all the shops & local bars , restaurants & take aways , plus the beach was only a 10 minute walk too , staff where very helpful on pick up of keys as we were arriving after reception closed & anything we asked they were willing to help as much as they could & just a lovely place to stay overall & we will be back again the future thank you for wonderful stay

Nothing to dislike

Second time staying here. Great stay again. We brought our baby and they provided a cot and Highchair (at extra cost). The apartment was very clean and fresh. Location very good. About 10 mins from main area but in a very quite area.

The pool was occasionally dirty with a few dead bugs. We were originally given a ground floor apartment. It was very small and pokey with no natural light. We insisted we got moved and were very glad we did. The beds were uncomfortable. They have a metal frame that you can feel through the mattress but it's still usable.

Excellent simple instructions were emailed to us on how to collect keys and codes etc. Good parking. Very spacious apartment, spotlessly clean - great balcony. Comfortable bed Pleasant green open space, well kept and nice looking pool.

We didn’t actually use the kitchen facilities as we were only staying for one night, however we noted the cupboards were poorly fitted with many of the doors not closing properly, including the dishwasher. Sofa in lounge was very ugly and looked grubby - uncomfortable.
