room was good, location was great. Good A/C functional room, good shower. Good breakfast, lovely setting. loved the Dali Lounge, but it didn't seem to have much of a purpose. Pool was lovely. sun loungers were plentiful and ok. Pool towels were large and fluffy

the corridor was a bit dark and dingy (not sure the fire doors were up to date) they were obviously updating the place and hadn't got round to our part of the hotel yet. WiFi was not very good, it kept dropping in and out and very limited by the pool Jacuzzi was cold and needed some work on it. Not sure why we had to wear swimming hat in spa but not in the main pool!! my son has more hair on his body than i do on my head! Couldn't get a snack lunch by the pool, could have done with a toasted sandwich. had to have it in the restaurant, which was over £100 for the family

We stayed only a night and left wishing we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful, nicely decorated reception with friendly staff, perfectly manicured garden with lots of greenery- plants, flowers and trees, feels like the garden of Eden (maybe hence the name of the hotel ;-)) The spa area (which is free for guests) had an indoor pool, jacuzzi and hydrotherapy area. We stayed in a family room which had 2 separate bedrooms one with an extra large double bed and a smaller room with twin single beds. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The best feature of the room was the large balcony fully equipped with deck chairs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a place of total tranquility and will definitely come back again :-)

The jacuzzi had a strange smell, maybe it was the smell of the cleaning agents in the water but it was a bit too strong.

Location, cleannesses, polite and very helpful staff, and the facilities ( including on site scuba diving) Room very specious and very clean. Sea view was amazing.

Buffet dinner (which was a shame, as the restaurant view, location and settings were superb). No ala carte menu and the buffet menu was rather poor. Me and wife had in total 4 massages and unfortunately ( while the staff was very polite) the massages weren’t great. Massages felt rushed ( 50 min massage was actually 40 odd minutes in 2 occasions… ) My massage was borderline ok. A special candle massage was just 2 candles litt !!!! Our total bill was was miss calculated… wasted extra time during check out.

After reading reviews I was concerned about our stay however we had a great time, the staff were friendly, hotel room was OK, the swimming pool and other facilities are the hotel were great. Breakfast was lovely. The location is also great, only 10 minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants.

Sauna wasn't hot enough and some of the gym equipment is a little out of date. The gentleman running the bar in the evenings needs help as there were too many people wanting drinks (we felt sorry for him as he was rushing around)

Everything is fantastic. Exceeded expectations. Everything about this place is amazing. Also you can bring your dog! It’s really lovely luxury hotel

Food options limited. If you don’t have a buffet for any of the meals there’s nothing to eat. There’s only a few sandwich options at the pool bar but you can’t order any proper food off a menu. No water! You have buy water constantly, there aren’t any filtered water taps or complimentary water offered at all

Everything was perfect! Stuff were really friendly, breakfast was good. It was really nice to eat, sit outside and have a beautiful view. I appreciate work of cleaning ladies, we had daily cleaning (fresh towels every single day and so on) what was done very well. Beautiful neighbourhood! Late check-in was possible. Shortly saying our stay was amazing and I want to say thank you!

Only one small minus, the coffee didn't taste good. But maybe it was just my problem;)

Excellent location by the sea but close to town, beautiful pool area and garden! Spacious and comfortable room, tasty breakfast and complimentary spa access. In early June it wasn't crowded either but very peaceful during weekdays even with the ongoing renovation works. Our dog was also very well received. All in all geat value for money, definitely want to return here!

Room was otherwise very clean but the floor could have been cleaned better.

Location is incredible. The rugged coastline of Costa Brava is remarkable and the Eden Roc is on a beautiful site. It was also a close drive (5 min) to the Via Ferrata Cala de Moli. We did a tour with Costa Brava Experiences and this was a hightlight of our trip to the region. The food at the Eden Roc was very good and the pool was beautifully situated to relax and enjoy the view

As long as you can walk ok, the position of the hotel was lovely, and just a 10 minute walk down to the town, which has good facilities. Most sea view rooms would have a lovely view, ours was unfortunately on the 1st floor and the view was obscured a little. I had a fabulous massage by a lovely gentleman.

The breakfast was very good, and the dining room outside was great. The second evening we tried the buffet dinner which was plentiful, but (for us) not great, and the weather was poor so we had to eat inside, which was (for me) too brightly lit for an evening meal.

Fabulous location overlooking the coast. Sea view room had a big balcony and wonderful view. Room was quiet. Close walk to town (10 minutes)

Bathroom space was a little tight between the vanity and toilet but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Everything else was amazing.
