we stay in a lot of hotels but this was really something very good. I am disabled and the room was very equipped for me, very spacious, bathroom very comfortable and staff members did try to help me when needed. They have a menu for pillows which I have never seen and they were delicious which I do not normally find hotel pillows comfortable. The breakfast was very sufficient and they mixed it up a bit everyday. The restaurant was very good, well plated and good price.

The elevators could be bigger but my wheelchair fit ok.

I liked the facilities such as the swimming pool, spa, the soft play for the kids. The room was very spacious for us as a family and my children loved the soft play area. The location was excellent, in the centre of everything from the Rambla to the beach. We had an amazing time!

The parking was a bit expensive for €15 a night, I had gel manicure at the spa, but the end result were not good and they chipped on the same day, they were also pretty expensive for €40.

We loved everything about the hotel and we can’t wait to return. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The bathroom was total luxury with lovely shower products and fluffy robes and slippers. The roof top pool is wonderful and not at all crowded even in August. Drinks served on the roof terrace too. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and next time we will eat in the restaurant in the evening.

Is is a very nice and beautiful hotel. I had the room with a very big balcony, the staff apologized for the small room but that the balcony would make up for it. The room was not small at all but indeed the balcony was very nice. Nice staff in general. Good breakfast. Very much enjoyed my stay.

This is nitpicking but breakfast can be improved by swapping out the Nespresso machines for real coffee.

Nice and spacious rooms. Modernly furnished hotel. Excellent location of the hotel near the beach and city center. Spacious garage for cars under the hotel.

Little space by the pool. The room did not have a balcony, even though it was stated at the time of booking that the room would have a balcony.

Everything at Elke was top notch. The room was very nice and modern. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The beach and good restaurants were all in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The pool bar options could have been better. The spa area was essentially unregulated, meaning lots of people that hadn't reserved were using it when we had reserved. Very minor things, though.

It’s our fifth time at the hotel Elke. This time was not as superb as it usually is. We did not have shower gel in our room, even though we stayed three nights. Also I have asked for an iron ( it should be in the room for our comfort) the gentleman did not bring it to me. I was waiting for more than ten minutes, I had to go downstairs and pick it up. My partner and I were late for diner.

Staff were excellent and always helpful. Breakfast was good - though very meaty.

The pool and terrace are very small and there were never any staff to serve at the terrace bar which was disappointing.

Balcony is too small

The hotel is really great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Service of the staff is welcoming and helpful. The Spa is so cool with the Sauna open view window. Parking is under the hotel which makes it very easy.
