Perfect hotel with new, fresh rooms, neat interior, polite and helpful staff, nice view from the window to all directions, literally 3 minutes from the beach. The beach itself is in a beautiful bay, we rented a boat for 2 and enjoyed a ride, a half of the beach is sandy, the other one is with small stones. It is easy to enter the water for kids, too. The city is close to the hotel, you could reach a city center in 10 minutes by car, expect a 15 min walk to the closest supermarket. Until mid of June parking is free in the whole city. Breakfast is good, eggs, bacon, fritata, fresh fruits, good bread, yoghurt, pastry and cakes and also a strange machine baking pancakes.

We had a halfboard and were a bit disappointed during the dinner. In the photo gallery of the hotel they have a lot of photos that make you expect a fine dining, but the food only looks good. All we tried was not really tasty, fish and meat to dry, hard to chew, mediocre taste.

We stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 weeks, and the Junior Suites does not come with a sea view which is a shame because you miss out some amazing sunrises. The location is impeccable, among the best in Costa Brava, the hotel is surrounded by great views and great restaurants. Parts of the hotel is recently renovated and the common areas looks very good. It has a great breakfast buffet and fantastic helpful and smiling personnel. We did not try the restaurant for dinner.

The beds are not of the newest and most comfortable, and the housekeeping staff should get better training. It’s not much that needs to be improved, but it will extend the lifetime of the hotel in addition to improve the quality feeling of the guests.

Recently refurbished reception, lounge bar and restaurant. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great sea views from front hotel rooms. Good location at one end of the bay. Can walk from one end of the bay to the other in ten minutes. Very good selection on buffet breakfast both hot and cold. With freshly cooked omelette and much more. Hotel bar and food prices very reasonable.

No baby changing facilities in hotel toilets. No plug in bath so unable to bath baby. No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

Hotel was very welcoming and accommodating especially due to arriving early hours of the morning due to delays. The taxi driver rang hotel a few times for directions and the Manager was most helpful also spoke to me in English to reassure me . On arrival quick checkin in and offered refreshments. Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and comfortable bed. Amazing view from 408. Restaurant offered plenty choice at breakfast and evening meal unless you are very fussy.

Hotel with terrace and swimming pool overlooking Sant Pol beach. You can have breakfast and hear the sound of the waves, enjoy a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal. Don't forget that you can get beach towels and an umbrella at the reception. You can walk to Sa Conca beach along a beautiful path, take your camera with you

The price is a little overpriced in my opinion, for a hotel that requires renovation, especially the toilet rooms. But maybe I'll hold back

Great location, 2 min away from the sea, great breakfast, very nice rooms (we basically had 2: the salon where we could spend time, and the bedroom), it was great to have both shower and a bath.

Room service (cleaning) timing is a bit later than usual, probably because our room was at the end of the floor, but once the room service came around 16h when we were back for a siesta. So we actually had to empty our room for almost the whole day to get our room cleaned.

Excellent DOG Reception providing you with ... a toy, a basket, bowls and treats. Very pleasant designer SUITES (rooms) with all modern comfort needed for a pleasant stay. A very large choice for BREAKFAST (inside and outside seating) with beach & sea views. A big well-maintained swimming POOL. Private PARKING on-site. The Sant Pol BEACH is a 100-meter walk from the hotel. Numerous restaurants are nearby.

The ORANGE JUICE provided during breakfast was not good at all (not in line with the hotels high standards). The COFFEE was not that good either and with only one coffee machine one always had to wait in line. The NOISE of a nearby construction being built. PARKING (EUR 12 per day) AND ANIMAL FEES (EUR 25 per animal per day) ARE (too) EXPENSIVE and not published before making the reservation (so, you don’t know beforehand what to expect) ! There are NO STORES within walking distance ... For those, count 5 to 10 minutes by car.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location, the staff are lovely and super helpful. The rooms are smart and comfortable and the sea view was truly one of the most beautiful views I’ve experienced, watching the sun rise, just wonderful. I have stayed in many hotels all 4/5 stars but never stayed in one so clean, it was immaculate. No negatives whatsoever, just perfect

Perfect location, just over the road from the nice not crowded beach Platja de Sant Pol. 10min walk from the bus station in S’Agaro - a nice posh town with great supermarket and a couple of wine shops. Breakfast was fine. A choice of three egg-based hot dishes, plenty of delicious pastry, ham and cheese. Wide range of milk alternatives: soya, oat, almond and etc. Perfect. Amazing and unexpectedly great for included in price dinner service: they didn’t repeat the total dinner menu even once in 8 nights we were there. Just some mains and starters were served twice, however we didn’t mind: foie, asparagus muss - I could eat them non-stop every day. Overall, four grill mains every day with at least two garnish options for each, 6-8 mains, salads and a couple of starters. Everything was cooked very well. Duck, beef/pork cheeks, variety of fish, seafood and vegetables. Wine list is wide and starts from €10 for bottle. Tranquil pool area to hide from the midday heat. Towels are provided by the hotel as well. And on top - extra-wide (1.8 or 2.0m) bed!

Nothing to complain about, however I believe in our room particularly (409) air conditioning needed service of recharging. even with 18º but low fan speed settings it wasn’t cool enough.

Loved the Hotel. Perfect position for beach and restaurants. The location is more in S'Agaro on San Pol beach. View from Seaview room was amazing. Food very good value when booked with room. All staff were very helpful. Very clean hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Only dislike was there was no mirror in the bedroom only the bathroom so had to wait for partner to finish in the bathroom. Would be a good idea to put one on the wardrobe door.
