Good room with a fridge and enough storage area for clothing etc. Bathroom very good and the shower was very decent too. Staff excellent at all times.

Nothing not to like really, I did suffer a bit for an hour or more from some noisy and drunken people next door to me at 04-00 a.m on the Sunday but weekends are weekends everywhere I suppose on that issue. Complained to staff who apologised for the problem. The hotel is a fair walk from the city centre so all fine if you like walking like I do, otherwise you'll need a taxi or bus.

Comfy beds and quiet during nights, little fridge, wardrobe for clothes, air conditioning and wi-fi in room, nice bathroom with shower and hot water. Everything clean. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking road at the front of the hotel. Nice housekeeping lady passed me some toiletries I asked for. Hotel is in fairly quiet and safe residential area, nice cafe with friendly service next door, in the same building. A few grocery shops close by. Lots of cars parked on the roads, so parking may be hit and miss, although we always managed to find a spot somewhere nearby. 20min enjoyable walk down the promenade to Plaza de Espana, also about 10min drive to Teresita beach.

On arrival, reception could not find our reservation. After 10-15 min wait and a phone call, receptionist managed to check us in and apologised. The light at the balcony ceiling doesn't have a switch. It turns on automatically in the evening and turns off about 22.00, so if you want to go to bed earlier, it may disturb you, unless you close the blinds.

they check you in very early - 12:30 :) the hotel is located in a very quiet street, very clean room, all you need in the bathroom that is very clean too. nice reception service, parking for free in the streets nearby, there is a bar/cafe next door where you can grab a good breakfast for under 5euro (or beer/wine later on during the day), good-sized balcony compensates for not the greatest size of the room. bakeries nearby. 15mins of walking and you are in the centre of Santa Cruz.

After some experience I am happy to have found this Hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It´s a quiet place to enjoy a relaxed night, nice room atmosphere with balcony, fridge, television, safe. Clean and comfortable, nothing to complain. A simple and good restaurant in the neighborhouse, only 200m away a supermarket, cafés, bakery and fruit shop.

Location is just right so you take a little walk to center by the ocean or with Rambla to the park.. also has it's own parking if you are with a car..

No lift but ask for the room on 1st floor

My mom stayed in Nautico for 1 night. I totally recommend this Hotel. It s not expensive, hery good, clean and nice. Close to Cruise terminal. She was happy to stay on this Hotel before she joined Azura. I am really glad that booked Nautico in advance. Jenia Suiunov. 16. 12. 2022

Hotel provides basic accomodation, good location to explore noth of tenerife. Basic doesn't mean bad, room was quite modern and sufficient to accomodate my travel plans. Would stay again without doubt.

for the price the room was really nice and clean. The toilet was very clean and the layout was good.

The walls a wafer thin, to extent at which I could hear a person snoring next door. The beds are not the most comfortable and the amenities are lacking. However for the price it’s a great place to stay.
