Good location close to plenty of bars and restaurants etc. Was perfect for a one night stay before picking up a cruise ship the next day

Not really the hotels fault, but was very noisy 7am truck parked just under our window, loading /unloading making a lot of noise

Very good location of the hotel, also very good price which included the breakfast. After checkout you can leave your baggage locking room. Breakfast is served on the top floor.

Breakfast are selected from 3 types of selection which is fixed, no buffet style. Serving time is quite long so if you are in the hurry it is bad news for you. Also in the selection there is no hot option and portion is not very big so for those whom like have a heavy breakfast it can be a disappointment. Our room window was to other windows and inner buildings so quite noisy from all technical gadgets

An oldie but gooddie - a bit weared off with little changes since our first stay there, but still very decent and location-wise it is hard to stay more central than this. With early booking also a very good value. Quite likely will check out this place again.

For whatever reason the bed was less comfy than its appearance might suggest (the conclusion after testing it for five nights), don't recall what we thought about this the previous time there though.

The hotel is in a great location in the town centre. The room was a little small but adequate. The bed was super comfortable and the TV had a good range of (Spanish) channels. The bathroom was basic but adequate. The breakfast was fine. You had a choice of Canarian, international or vegan. Then it was given to you by a staff member, so not buffet style. But the staff were extremely pleasant.

The room smelt very musty.

Location is very nice, a lot to do around.

I paid for breakfast and only had a few things to eat, nothing to offer other than Spanish breakfast, no eggs of any type, and no Western breakfast, but there are places just outside the building that offers good breakfast for less than 5 Euros even McDonald's is in the corner of the building.

A good, reasonable priced, clean hotel at a nice location with nice staff. I would choose again if I need to stay in the city. Air condition worked well, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

I gave 8 points, because last night we had no warm water, otherwise it would be a 9 easily. For a 10 I expect mosquito nets on the windows, although it was not a real problem, we only got bitten once.

You really couldn't get a better location perfectly central. Its an old hotel but really clean. Comfy beds. We got bus from airport to bus station then 1 stop on tram total cost for two 8 euros! Complimentary water in room was a nice touch.

We stayed on Christmas eve and there was a party at adjoining hotel, I called reception as noise level Was high and they rectified the situation quickly. Very low lighting in room.

Central location. Room was clean, had balcony. Fridge with 2 water bottles. Breakfast is provided in restaurant inside hotel on 4th floor, where you can select 3 options of main: meat, salmon, vegan, dessert, drinks, include for each. Breakfast is quite filling.

One of small lamps near bed didn't work. We were provided just with shower gel, but shampoo was absent.

I did not have any problems, as i knew what to expect from previous visits.

each time i have visited the facilities have changed, 1 breakfast at another hotel; 2 Buffet type breakfast which was excellent, restaurant/bar open in the evening, again very good menu; 3 limited breakfast although a choice, No restaurant/bar in the evening. It seems you cannot make your mind up as what works.

The hotel is located in the center. A very good location to walk around the city! The hotel staff is friendly. We are especially impressed with the breakfasts and the restaurant staff. The breakfasts are great - and the smile of the staff is priceless!
